This is a very fancy restaurant and therefore expensive. Expect to spend at least 50 usd per person with no alcohol involved. However service is perfect and food is heaven. World class chef and menu makes this a great place for lunch or dinner. Everything I tried in my 4 times here is great. Duck is amazing and ceviche and... More

To me is one of the best cuisines in cdmx, good is extraordinary and the service as well. Good for family and business. It is not cheap but has a great price quality ratio. Score 9.2

It had always been one of my favorite places I've been here many times and have decided not to return. I can not believe how bad it is now. Pumpkin cream soup was brought cold, the plate was hot but not the soup. The duck that they used to make tacos is ground in a food processor when previously it... More

this is located in one of the shopping malls but NOT a part of the mall. Fascinating menu with fresh ingredients. Be sure to bring your spanish dictionary as the staff didn't speak English but our "pigeon spanish" worked. Nice wine list.

I came here with my family and a reservation is highly recommended. Hosting was nice and the place was cozy with a fireplace. Food was something great ... I try the shrimps in tamarindo souse, the beef in Rockefeller souse, and beef with dark pepper ... Those dishes were awesome ... Its an expensive place but the cava was great... More

I finally ate at La Taberna del Leon in Mexico City. I have always wanted to go and I think this is why I had so much higher expectations than The experience I actually had. Service was good but not exceptional, due to silly things, that at the end are the ones that makes the service exceptional, such as waiter... More

Every time I seat in this restaurant; there is a surprise in the table. Always new flavours, new smells, tastes from the ocean, bites from earth, great wines and a portion of an unknown soup spiced specially that day. On the heart of Loreto's plaza, an old house beholds this Restaurant. Cousy atmosphere, great service (old style), Don Daniel, the... More

The restaurant was great especially the cream of garlic that they serve in a very especial way and the empanadas of fish that they offer us at the beginning. Also we discover great Mexican wines that where quite astonishing

The food, atmosphere and service are good. Fish dishes better than others. The chocolate cake portion is so small that it almost seems a sample. The spoons for dessert you can't believe the poor quality it feels horrible while taking them.

San Angel
San Ángel is known for its artistic vibe and elegant details displayed throughout its streets, antique residences and haciendas where famous actors like Consuelo Velázquez, Capulina and other prominent families used to live and that have now been turned into beautiful galleries, cafés and restaurants.
