My only complaint is are the waiters. We told them we were waiting for another couple to join us, and they kept coming to our table asking if we were getting food. This happened 3 times, in which we had to explain. Also, the waiters tried to take and even took our tequila glass while we still had tequila in... More

This is Our first time visiting the restaurant and the Service was extreme slow. when we first came in there were no hostess, so we have to find ourselves a table, once we sat down we ask for two entries and they weren't available, besides that the servers were not so friendly, they forgot my meal, and I have to... I've heard lots of comments about this restaurant and the second you entered to the restaurant you get caught in a romantic atmosphere. The food is good but not great; I ordered a caprese salad and shared a picana steak with my mom with a side of baked potatoe. The salad was good but unflavored and the picana was over cooked.... We had dinner today and we liked the athmosfere and the service was spectacular. But the food was not that good and that was a disappointment because the place is very nice and the ubication could not be better. But the waiter was very nice. Expected it to be better.

The first impression is excellent, with a lovely decoration and atmosphere. The food nonetheless is disappointing. The point of the meat (rib eye) was not served as requested nor was very tasty. Side orders where average too. A pity!

Food is above average but all waiters are trained to offer you the most expensive drinks and dishes- be prepared to pay $50 per person.

This is so well lit...we sat outside and it was really romantic. Steak was awesome! Oysters great...deserts amazing. Staff very attentive to our needs. We ordered like 10 things to split and loved everything that came...no joke! Would absolutely go back!

Whilst staying in Mexico I had my favorite main course at this restaurant! The Salmon in a thai curry sauce was divine! this wasn't a huge portion but the flavor was delicious. I also had the chocolate souffle dessert which was amazing! Great food, the atmosphere was young and buzzing. Would recommend, it is also close to bars to go... More

Novecento @ Emilio Castelar (Polanco) is a very good option for a business meeting, a gathering with friends or a romantic time with the beloved one. Atmosphere and food are really good. Typical Argentinean entrees such as empanadas or provoleta are highly recommended. Meat options are great for main course, accompanied by a good bottle of wine. There is nothing... More
