Really interesting menu with favorite foods from around the world. Everything from oysters rockefeller to duck confit, fried calamari to fettacine alfredo! So many wonderful dishes, it was so difficult to decide what to order! Will definitely return on my next visit to Mexico City!!

Looking at the front of the restaurant you would never know what exists inside. Walking into a small entrance it opens into a really cool and open restaurant. Its very trendy with a perfect atmosphere. The oysters were amazing as were both of our entrees. The service was great and they were very accommodating to our young and rambunctious daughter.... Besides the desert that was very good (an apple crumble) everything else was average, the shrimp burrito, the salad, some banana quesadillas. The place, decor and ambiance also average.

Bonito is one of these restaurants the locals go to, and albeit being centric to tourism it goes incognito, which is a shame as the food and the patio setting are worth a visit. Three shared first plates, one main dish each, two desserts and a well-chilled bottle of rose, was our fare for four. For starters we had the... More

There was no seats and i had no reservation, we got the table but no service for 15 minutes, my daugther (toddler 1.2 months) was very intense and broke a pepper pot. Asked for the bill for the pepper pot and then everything changed. Two fine gentlemen approach us and prevent us to leave. A complementary antree of Macho plantain... More

We loved our experience at Bonito. Everyone wanted to make sure we had a wonderful experience. The waiters were very patient explaining what each dish was since it was our first time in Mexico and there were many ingredients in the menu we did not know. Amazing food, excellent service, great place!

Just came back from dinner here with my wife. We were told by a mexican friend that this was a good option in condesa district. Restaurant is trendy specially the patio area. We has a bonito carpaccio to start, and the grilled octopus and chile shrimp with goat cheese and spinach ravioli. Dessert chocolate fondant plus some mezcal. Food was... More

Appetizers go from asparagus to aguachile (a Mexican way to prepare raw fish) the salads are small but the taste is fine. The duck was a little dry but it was interesting with the "mole" (a Mexican sauce with lots of ingredients like seeds, non spicy peppers and turkey broth). The chocolate cake with stout beer was pretty good, but... More

Been to Bonito Pop a number of times and never been let down. Really nice place with a cool vibe and the food is very tasty. A good option for dinner and drinks with friends or even alone.
