Great food in a picture-perfect setting . I have had lunch and dinner there and was very pleased. A tip for the romantics among us.....gorgeous at night...candles hanging in the trees will take your date's breath away.

We went here before going to the ballet. The service was average, the ambiance was really cool (even though it was in the center of a mall), and the food was decent, but not memorable enough to write about (ha!).

A girlfriend and I went here for a wonderful lunch. The food was hands down some of the best I have ever had and may be in the top 10 meals of my life. The atmosphere is wonderful and the service was superb. The tortilla soup was rich and tasty. The duck with mole was show stopping. Paired with a... More

Food was great but the ambiance is even better. Went with family however it is really romantic. Slightly more expense but with such a great exchange rate right now, nice dinner was under $40

Even though the place is beautiful, the bad service and the worst attitude of the captain made the experience terribly unpleasant. It's a shame since we arrived with very high expectations and left extremely disappointed.

This is a beautiful courtyard restaurant, very romantic. The food is wonderful. I was dining alone, but wished I had been there with friends so I could have tried more of their dishes. I would definitely like to go back. Highly recommended.

This is a place you should not miss on your México trip. We had to wait like 40 minutes for a table (I usually won't do that) but it was worth it. Amazing food and service, the place itself is lovely and you won't forget it. You can go to the shops around while your table is ready.

The best thing about this place is the location- eating under a canopy of trees in an open courtyard of a several hundred year old building by candlelight can't be beat. And when it started to rain halfway through our meal - they pulled a canopy over the courtyard so we all stayed dry. The food was pretty good too... More

I used to avoid el centro historico especially at night until a Mexican friend told it has changed a lot since Carlos Slim the richest man in earth poured millions of $ in the heart of the city. Azul historico is located in one of these remodeled old buildings, the courtyard is wonderful and perfect for a romantic diner. Last... More

I'm not such a fan of being in basically an inside courtyard area of a mall for better dining - BUT - I'm a fan of Azul. The homemade tortillas (made right behind my seat!) are fun to watch and the food is really good if a bit too heavy on mole sauce. Great wine list, great dessert and our... More
