Expected a lot and it delivered. Just some great tacos, some of the best in Mexico in a cool ambient restaurant. Prices ok.

This is a great spot for gourmet tacos, they have a great service and kitchen. The ambiance on the place is very inviting, you definitely wanna have drinks with your buddies here.

The Parnita Restaurante in La Roma was a big discovery, let me give you some details: The food: tacos are incredible, I strongly recommed to taste the Carmelita Taco, delicious! , the menu has a variety of dishes, traditional mexican recipes from all the country...but what I really enjoy is the atmosphere, is a mix of hipster but trendy, relax and confortable, and if you drink a Mezcal its even better; unfourtanetly it´s always crowded, last time I arrived on friday around 2:30 and they assigned my seat around 5pm, for that hour I had been drinking 5 beers and many other clients aborted the mission. The prices are a little bit higher than other tacos rest but the experience worth it.More

El Parnita was recommended to us by a friend and we're so glad it was, we likely wouldn't have found this place on our own. We stopped in on a Friday before a Lucha Libre match for an early dinner and the place was hopping!...Great food, great buzz, I'd return!More

Recommended to this place by our hotel receptionist, and it did not dissapoint. Great vibe to it,busy place and very attentive staff. Good menu and beer selection. We had to order not knowing what was meat or fish so went blind and also ordered a salad...as stanby!. Got lucky with main course and very tasty prawns and chicken combo. Very good food and atmosphere.More

El Parnita is quite hard to find, but well worth the journey as it serves Unusual and delicious tacos, as well as a wide range of fresh juices. I had two: one based round courgette flowers, and the other with breaded prawns and refried beans;...both also had pickled cabbage and a slice of avocado. I washed this down with a fresh seasonal juice; red in colour, it was called something like “Mejor”.More

We stopped here to check out the scene and grab some snacks around 5pm before our 9pm dinner elsewhere. The scene was great - it was busy, filled with a lot of locals (fewer tourists at that time), and felt alive. Lots of tables had...their dogs with them and everyone was just having fun. The food was good - I wouldn't say it was the best we had in CDMX, but it was definitely good. However, we felt like it was our favorite place we visited - just sitting there for a few hours having some drinks and people watching was a fun experience. Definitely swing by and hang out.More

parnita has an excellent reputation we ate there a few years ago and it was average their tacos are not great as we now live around the corner we decided to goe it another try and agan we thought the tacos average but they are...cheap HOWEVER we wanted to have wine by the glass and it is not on wine list. they said they had one white to offerand we did not ask the price finallythe billcame and we were charged 480 pesos fr 4 glasses. we asked to see the price listed on a menu and they said it was not they had it only in their computer they sent over tha manager who was very nice and he apologized for our experience and said he wanted the owner to have wines by the galss listed and priced. we just decided to pay and leave AND NEVER GO BACK they have been bypassed on their tacos as so many restos serve creat and creatove and beautifully presented tacos by the way their wines by the bottle are twice the price of even upper class restos 800 to 900 pesos it seems the owner is milking the reputation if you need to go there order beer or coke or tequilaMore

The place is super busy, we waited for almost an hour. I was super excited since I heard how good it was. We have ordered several dishes that were coming as they were ready. Unfortunately, I only received one taco from three other dishes that...I ordered. After maybe an hour (I was still waiting for two more dishes) we were told that our table needs to move because the restaurant next door was opening and we were sitting in front of their store front. It was not very convenient with two little kids and a few unfinished dishes, but we moved. Then we asked again about my dishes and waited another 20 minutes when they finally brought one of them. At this point we just wanted to get out of there and didn't get for the salad we have ordered one and half hour ago (which never arrived). I wish I had a chance to taste more dishes, but in that one and half hour I have tasted only one taco (the other dish had some meat, which I didn't realise when I ordered it). And the salad never arrived.... Apparently the food was good according to my non-vegetarian company.... I believe that you can eat better and with less hassle in Mexico City.More
