Without a doubt, this was one of my favorite meals (OK, 2 meals) in CDMX. I’m completely obsessed with their wild mushroom soup and the short rib ravioli! Absolutely delish!!! (Pro tip: This place requires reservations weeks in advance, but you might luck out if...More

I did not find this meal to be nearly as impressive or compelling as Lardo or Pujol. The food was fine, nothing spectacular. The lobster tostada was quite tasty. I wouldn’t go here again, nor stress about getting a reservation.

We just had to hit Maximo Bistro on our return trip to Mexico City. It was hands down one of our favorites when we lived her and it was just as fabulous last night. The menu changes all the time, but we split the oysters...More

We had a really tasty dinner at Maximo Bistrot. The restaurant is charming and the food was very well made and presented nicely. It's definitely more French than Mexican, and everything we ordered was excellent. The crab and spinach toasts were decadent and came with...More
