We thoroughly enjoyed the ceviche sampler ( 2 white fish varieties, shrimp and mango, and tuna) and we did 2 orders of 3 tacos (shrimp, fish and pork I think) The manager spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The desserts were amazing! We tried the sweet corn cake and the key lime pie... Yum! I would go... More

Agua y Sal foregoes Polanco's staple opulence, opting instead for simple, elegant, classic charm. The restaurant offers large selection of delectable ceviches & cocktails as well as a selection of fish & seafood apps & entrees. The spicy ceviche al carbon is highly recommended and the tuna fillet in the fig & port reduction is sublime. A classic mojito rounds... More

Located in Polanco, this Cevicheria is delicious. It serves several recipes for Ceviche - all very fresh. As main courses, dishes are mostly seafood. Good food, fresh, good service. I recommend for a nice lunch or a less fancy dinner.

Overall, we were very pleased with our dinner experience at Agua y Sal. The restaurant was not busy, strangely for a Saturday, but it was kind of nice not being crowded or suffering a lot of noise. Service was good. They have English menus if you need them. The cocktails were fantastic. The margarita was very good, but the Mancora... More

Excellent ceviche but the main dish (fish with mole) was disappointing. I expected more from the mole, specially being in Mexico ! The price was a bit too high but typical to polanco area. The mojito was also very good

I know it's a cebicheria but I was still worried about the safety of everything I eat in Mexico City. I did have the shrimp tacos there and they were very good.

We found this restaurant after we were doing a tour at Anthropology Museum (about 15 min walk away). The best service we ever had was here at this restaurant (waiter was Arturo - we love him!). The food was EXCELLENT too! We recommend the ceviche sampler and the raw oysters. My favorite restaurant in Mexico City by far. And the... More

Not sure how this place got such a good rating! Main dishes were horrible, ceviche was un-appetizing. Only good thing was the margarita!

Outstanding selection of some 20 different ceviches, from a traditional tuna or sea-bass one to very original octopus/shrimp/mango mixes, all deliciously fresh and made to order. Plenty of other options, tiraditos, tacos or other fish-driven dishes, all at very reasonable prices
