I'm so happy we came upon this restaurant while staying in a nearby hotel. We did not have a reservation and they restaurant was full, but after a short wait with a nice cold glass of white wine we were seated. What a wonderful dinner! The ceviche (we had four different types) was fresh and flavorful. We followed with tacos... More

Located in trendy Polanco this cebicheria with fill bar service offers impeccable service in a relaxed atmosphere. I tried the Peruvian cebiche the first time and just as great as what we had in Lima. On our second visit I wanted more so I order a testing of for four cebiches inspired by from regions, all amazing. My 11 year... More

Oysters wow. Food wow. Arturo was articulate, helpful and down to earth. Made our experience actually 5.5 stars but 5 is all trip advisor allows. I would recommend this quiet, elegant and cozy restaurant to anyone that would listen.

The shrimp tostados were amazing! I also got a ceviche. It was a little too fishy for my preference, but everything tasted fresh, and the service was great.

This restaurant is very near the Intercontinental and I stumbled upon by accident. It serves the most lovely fresh fish and very addictive margaritas. The staff are wonderfully friendly and remember what table you enjoyed sitting at, I ate here quite a lot over 3 weeks!

I didn't like it that much because the cebiche had stinky fish. The shrimp and the fish in the second plates were average. The place and service ok.

My husband and I were staying at the hotel across the street and stopped in for a quick dinner. The Agua & Sal Cebiche was amazing. Sweet and flavorful. We both had the seared tuna and would definitely have it again. We went again for lunch a few days later and the food was wonderful again. The atmosphere was friendly,... More

We thoroughly enjoyed the ceviche sampler ( 2 white fish varieties, shrimp and mango, and tuna) and we did 2 orders of 3 tacos (shrimp, fish and pork I think) The manager spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The desserts were amazing! We tried the sweet corn cake and the key lime pie... Yum! I would go... More
