This is an experience, not to be missed! I will say that the restaurant is out of the way on the north side of the city and, as others have mentioned, having some Spanish language skills is important. I love that this is a balanced...More

A long drive from the south part of the city to visit this restaurant, many comments about it take us there. The online reservation system works perfect and indicates you must book two days in advance (BTW several tables cleared during our visit). A medium...More

To be fair I would give 4.5 stars. Pro tip: you have to get at lease one Spanish menu even if you don’t speak Spanish. There are dishes on that menu that are not on the English menu! We had an excellent meal at Nicos.the...More

One of our best experiences in Mexico city. We loved the fun atmosphere that carried into the late afternoon and some of the most well executed traditional cuisine we found in Mexico City. A bit off the beaten path but worth it. Highly recommended

I had one of the best experiences of CDMX at Nicos. A couple friends and I came here for a birthday lunch. After running late in CDMX traffic, the hostess was more than flexible with our reservation (FYI, we came on a Monday). We sat...More

All the positive reviews are true. It's an authentic Mexican experience and ever dish was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Highlight? Avocado dip and Ceasars salad made table side and with the raw egg for the Ceasars. Other favorites were the Fish tacos, duck with the...More

Had a Saturday lunch at this charming restaurant. Long lines tell the story; food is delicious. They had many mescal options, and a wide range of authentic menu items. Staff was friendly and attentive. Had a great family owned atmosphere; only saw one other table...More
