This restaurant was over the top. Incredible food and service on par with any restaurant in any city in the world. It was an incredible experience all around. The service was top notch and the food could not have been better. I highly recommend Eloise. We were a party of nine and the chef came out twice to explain the dishes to us. I cannot say enough good things about Eloise!

A great restaurant for a special occasion or just to enjoy fine dining. The food was delicious as you'd expect a fine French restaurant to be The service was great and the Maître'd was extremely helpful with providing suggestions and making recommendations for dietary restrictions. I felt well fed and well pampered. Eloise is one of those restaurants that provides good memories to go along with the great food. I did find the music to be enjoyable but the volume was too loud.

From the reception you feel the class. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with careful, punctual and discreet attention.
The cuisine of this place is supreme.
The foie gras entree, followed by the roasted tomato soup, complemented by the exact portions of duck magret and Rossini steak capped the visit with a Basque cake, excellent coffee and Fernando’s unsurpassed service.
French haute cuisine in a cozy place and set to French music, as it could not be otherwise.

Eloise has been a regular stop for several years because of the quality of food and service. It was for us one of the best choices in México City. A five star experience.
Unfortunately, the latest experience was a great disappointment for the following reasons.
First Service. The staff seems to be all new. The "Maîtres", who were three during our meal, were useless. They ignored us on arrival, never came to the table to make sure everything was ok and barely said goodbye. The waiters, who were numerous, lacked high level service manners. The intentions were good, but the attitude lacked the professional requirements.
Second food. We ordered the platers we used to enjoy. One was not available (mussels). The platters we received were too sweet (ribs and onion soup) and too salty (burger).
The overall experience was a disappointment. Eloise needs a manager to provite hands on insight and promptly rectify the current downfall.

Very nice ambience, food is really good and service too. However the tables are small and some facing the kitchen which is nit a good thing. There is an automatic door but still the view should have been blocked. Also the cutlery is cheap, do not belong to the quality of the place. Also the digutal menu do not work properly.

Very good restaurant. Small, carefully selected menu, with excellent presentation. Friendly and attentive staff. The only downside is the stupid tablet-based wine list. People who know wine do not need pictures of each bottle—they need a comprehensive list of all the bottles & prices that can be scanned quickly and easily. If you like to look at pretty pictures of bottles, great. If you want to be able to make an informed choice from what’s available, you need a printed wine list, as is fund in every restaurant that takes its wines seriously. I couldn’t be bothered navigating a computer screen and gave up.

We came to méxico for the holidays and we’ve been told this is a go to - French restaurant !
We ordered lichis martinis, a French red wine. Foie grass creme brumé, shrimp risotto, onion soup, baked salmon and pavlova for dessert !
Service was good! Interiorismo was quite interesting! Would come back with no boubt !

After reading about it in several restaurant lists we decided to try it for an Anniversary dinner. I had made the reservation a week in advance and I was a bit disappointed when we were seated in a table for four and were asked if we had anyone else joining us. That was quickly forgotten by the impecable service by our waiter Hector and all the delicious food we were served.
We really enjoyed our dinner and are grateful for the Anniversary dessert we kindly received from the restaurant. We will be visiting again in the near future.

I’ve come other times and it’s always a great experience. From the decoration to the attention is perfect.
Must of the dishes are awesome. As a highlight they have a diabetic dessert that is very rare in most restorants.
