I ate here because there was a concert at the Zocalo and it was close to impossible to get out to anywhere else. The service was excellent and the wait staff wee very attentive. I asked for my dish to be cooked well done and it was not well done. My friend was not impressed with his meal as well.... More

During our various stays in Mexico City we are always revisiting this great place in the Historic District. The atmosphere is nice, the food is excellent, the service is great, - and sometimes you have romantic music. What do you want more?..

A very welcome spontaneous find after walking out of Balcones de Zocalo and their indifferent service. Lovely staff and delicious, well priced food. Highly recommend.

A very nice restaurant, very close to the Zocalo square with a variety of dishes and fair prices. We tried empanadas, chicken soup and chicken salad. All great, served with a choice of pans.

The place is well located and just off the Zocalo. The service is really nice and the wine sector and food is great.

Ample menu with a wide range of mexican plates of all sorts. Good offer of wines...and beers! Excellent level of service. The maitre explaining and advising each dish. The waiters very professional. The bill just right.

Service is excellent, the attention and food are great, I think prices are not that high considering the good service. It's a formal place so guests are mainly adults, and you should reserve and attend on time for your table, not doing so will lead to excessive waiting and bad mood for you. I recommend you to try the soups... More

Very enjoyable atmosphere. Good service. Live music, classic jazzy (I like). Good, tasty, well prepared food. Prices are acceptable. However I find 96 pesos for 473 ml of bubbly, local (I never order French, Italian or other imported water for principles) Mexican water very steep. To add 32 pesos for bread service, in view of the prices, seems miserly to me.

We couldn't get into the restaurant we wanted on a busy Saturday evening so came here as reviews were positive. The best that can be said is we had a nice (expensive) bottle of wine. The food was lukewarm and just not very good. I ordered tuna and it was the worst I've ever had. It certainly wasn't fresh, but... More
