I had never had Peruvian food before, but this restaurant certainly makes you want to crave it again. Excellent food, great atmosphere. We had a business dinner here with a group of about 10 people and we were well cared for. Great place.

Great Restaurant. We really enjoyed the delicious food and the quiet and friendly atmosphere. We were served by the maitre Mr. Hernán Zessatti and his assistant Mr. Eduardo Morales, true professionals in their work. Mr. Zessatti very polite and friendly made us very appropriate recommendations and was a key factor to appreciate the best of this place. Mr. Morales was... More

This is a Peruvian top restaurants. The place brings you to an elegant and glamorous atmosphere. The food and service are great! The coconut roasted shrimps are amazing, the tuna filet is also great and deserts are amazing. It's pricy but it totally worth it!

This is a very special place for foodies, all dishes are very creative with great detail and quality. It's also a good place to have a conversation, it's very quite and formal.

We really enjoyed Astrid y Gaston. Coming from Melbourne, we had no expectations of Peruvian food and were pleasantly surprised to find a great balance of flavours and portions. The service was also excellent. We have since recommended this place to friends who are visiting Mexico City.

They will bring you house made fresh breads that are simply delicious! Remember you need to save room for the main course. The ceviches are very good and proper and there are some delicious main dishes I like the service

Have been to Astrid y Gaston for a business dinner in May, very good restaurant, although I expected more. Having been in La Mar in Chile and having the information that it's from the same owners I expected to eat/drink as well as in Chile, and it was not the case.

Amazing food, beautiful decor, faultless service. I used to live in Peru, but never had a chance to visit Astrid & Gaston's flagship restaurant in Lima. I'd been wanting to experience it for a while. I wasn't disappointed. For starters, I had my favourite Peruvian dish: causa de atun. For the main, I had red snapper (huachinango) in a spicy... More

Service excellent - very friendly waiters. Table was very boring - no flower, no candle - nothing. Food was good but not the typical tasty Peruvian food - very bland. The forgot the starters and suggested to bring them at the same time as the main dish - we had to wait for over one hour to get something to... More
