Had dinner during recent stay at the Hyatt. Sushi was disgusting. Some of the worst I've ever had. Fish not fresh and rice was starchy mush. Unfortunately memorably bad

Yoshimi is known to be the best Japanese restaurant as you hear from locals and Japanese expats. I have to say it lives up to its reputation. The type of menu you'll find is traditional and very well varied with all kinds of dishes from great udon and shabu shabu to the very rare toro sushi. You have the guarantee... More

Been to this restaurant before. Ok expensive food. This time waiter and "sushiman" couldn't answer basic questions like "what kind of oil do you use to fry tempura?". Menu had errors like saying eel was "a la parrilla" but it actually meant boiled...sushi man corrected me as I obviously had to decipher their menu beyond what was written in it.... More

One of the best real Japanese restaurants you can find in Mexico City. Sit at the sushi bar and meet Nacho who will serve you one of the best Omakase in town (Omakase is only served in the sushi bar and will include 8 nigiris and a roll). The place itself is an experience. The only downside of it is... More

My traditional table nigiri sushi was very good (Sakura variety with a side of salmon maki and miso soup). Fish melted at the touch of the mouth. My partner went for the Wafu steak and, just like my sushi, the meat just melted and filled you with so much joy. The entree was also very good. We ordered a very... More

We were there yesterday due to recommendation from the Hyatt staff. Our order was either forgotten or kitchen was too slow. Our orders were also totally missed. We ordered braised tofu and Salted edamame for starters, the tofu was on the table after 40 mins. Edamame served along with entree. We ordered thin flour Udon and Vegetables tempura along with... We went to eat to Yoshimi and we ordered some edamame. The waiter brought us a bowl of edamame, and we started to eat them, but suddenly my son realized that the edamame were already eaten and that we were actually just licking on the waste that was left of them. We told the waiter and he didn't even apologize,... More
