I was really impressed by the quality of the food. It was presented very nice and also the service is good. The only thing I didnt like were the TV screens... Otherwise you will enjoy the evening.

We have eaten here before, on other trips, and it is always an overall wonderful experience. My wife likes wines, and their selection is awesome. I love steaks, especially with the Argentinian touch, and here they're the best. Recommended all around, as always.

We stayed at the Embassy hotel and decided to go down to Evita for a steak. It was fairly empty but this did not deter us for wanting to go inside - there is a narrow glassed terrace with view onto the main road where is it more breezy but we preferred staying inside near the door . The complimentary... More

Super attentive service, and great food. The restaurant is part of the Embassy Suites hotel building on Reforma. The waiters explained the dishes on the menu very well and patiently, clarified all my requirements and were real professionals with an ability to predict the smallest requirement you may have. Steak was cooked exactly to my preference.

slow service, the food was just alright. Not much else to say about it except it was convenient, so that's why I went there.

This restaurant is located inside the Embassy Suites Hotel. Its very convenient if you are staying at the hotel. So far for an Argentinean restaurant, it has the best tortilla soup ive ever had in Mexico City. I have had many of the menu items but i really like there spinach pasta with pesto sauce. You can get a great... More

I chose this restaurant because it was conveniently located at the hotel (after a long flight) I had the tortilla soup (the only mexican dish in the menu) that I really liked. The sweetbreads (molleja) was burned. And the Bife de Chorizo was actually some cheaper cut not resembling a Bife de chorizo. The steak was overcooked and salty. On... More

I liked the bread and cheese spread that they offered at the beginning of the meal. The spinach raviolis and flan were good. The waitstaff was very pleasant and attentive.

Now only average. The potatoes souffle were too oily and the oil tasted slightly overcooked. The sweetbreads, once the staple of the place, then crispy and juicy, were gamey and slightly overcooked. The house wine fell from a very reasonably priced Malbec Las Hormigas, years ago, to a local make pretend that tasted too sweet and not tanic enough. The... More

Staying in Alameda

Neighborhood Profile
Alameda
This beautiful park was once the playground for the wealthiest families in the colonial era, and is now the perfect place where locals and visitors can spend a sunny weekend afternoon to relax or shop for souvenirs at the market. Kids can run around or grab a bite of cotton candy while teens and adults wander around admiring the charming gardens and the sculptures that adorn it. Once the heat rises, it may be time to visit one of the many cozy restaurants or cafés with its characteristic art nouveau facades to cool down and call it a day.
