I was hesitant to go here because there was a few concerns but we had a great meal, and I am picky with pasta and service. I ordered pirata pasta and it was cooked well, al dente, and great flavours. Daughter had lasagna, son had pasta with four cheese (probably my least fav). Friends had daily special with lamb and... More

Place too small, good meals, but nothing else. I ate lamb chops with rosemary sauce, excessive sauce, vegetables with too much butter . Standard service.

We were thinking of this hole-in-the-wall in an out of the way street in the historic center as very cozy and a find -- then when we asked for the card, we realized it was one of a series of restaurants of same name in Mexico City. We found it charming with wine bottles lining the wall, red/white checked tablecloths... More

The place is a little retro, same as the menu. Service is very good and prices are fine. The food had great seasoning, nothing special or innovative. Just traditional pasta recipes with very tasty sauces. The rest you can avoid.

With the typical red and white squares tablecloth in a small and warm space made of wood this restaurant has been good for many years. They have a very complete wine list. The service is very good and the food too. Last time we have tried parpadele with lobster and it was delicious. As first course mozzarella di buffala (Burrata)... More

First of all, the food is quite good. However the environment is very poor. The place is very neglected, it feels more like a warehouse (there are boxes of a product of a kind everywhere). Service is poor, waiters are moody. We left "only" 10% tip and still our waiter was very upset at the end and didn't even say... More

When I got there the guy who greeted me looked like he was a bit annoyed that I was going to eat there. In fact none of the staff there smiled, except once (see below). I got the feeling they would rather close up early and go home although it was barely 8PM. I will say that the servers were... More

Typical Italian food. Both my dining partner and I agreed that it had a nice homey quality. I ordered the onion soup and the lasagna. My friend ordered some spaghetti dish and the lentil soup. The soups were just ok. I really liked the lasagna and my friend really enjoyed his spaghetti. For dessert I ordered figs with cream. It... More

This is just one more of the many foreign restaurants who promise serving real Italian food, that can actually be found anywhere else. Yet the prices are just too high for the rather poor quality of the food served. If you have never been to Italy you may be impressed positively, but if you did travel to Italy you know... More

Everything was delicious. Went to the restaurant on Independencia in the Centro HIstorico. Nice place to eat if you find yourself near Alameda Central/Bellas Artes or the Museo de Arte Popular. Very good service. Salad fresh and with a delicious balsamic dressing -- perfectly dressed. Delicious glass of Italian wine, good ravioli with a very fresh and flavorful sauce. Lovely... More
