Return to the 60s or 70s. The setting of Hunan is quite something. It is a freestanding building that harkens back to the late 60s or early 70s, surrounded by a lush garden featured through it's enormous windows to the back. It seems to be a special occasion restaurant for wealthy locals. There were several birthdays celebrations around us. With... More

This restaurant as well as the one located in Las Lomas de Chapultepec, is one of the best Chinese Restaurants in Mexico with superb service and food.

Had lunch with my daughter the other day, we went there with high expectations. The place was packed, which probably explains that the service wasn't very good. We shared Chinese ribs, spring rolls and meat dumplings for starters, quite ok, really. Later we ordered three main courses (way too much which the waiter failed to point out) one chicken curry,... The menu is delicious, I have been several times. However, they charge you an extra amount of money (just for serving you)per person, apart from the menu. The beverages are also expensive. So, if you are willing to expend quite a lot of money, try this restaurant

A tradition in cantonese food in Mexico city, always a guarantee of taste and service. They keep the most popular dishes and have recurrent special selections. It features excellent ingredients and very attentive service. A little slow in workdays, you must reserve for weekends since it gets really crowded, even if the restaurant is rather large. I would suggest to... More

Human has high end Chinese cuisine with their own creations. The ambience is verify cosy, service very good and wine menu has a very large variety to pair with any dish. The menu covers all Chinese regions. It is focused on modern fine dinning Chinese.

Luxurious surroundings extend to the quality of the plates and the flora. The staff are well heeled. The abalone was very good value and well presented. We also had shredded beef, spicy prawns and an excellent slice of macadamia cheesecake. The margarita was one of the best in Mexico. It is a fair way out of town and not easy... More

An above average Chinese food restaurant, in a large high ceilings dining room with plent of plants. Quality and service are good. It is not Chinse food as in mainland China, but rather an American recreation. Flavors are very tasty, often spicy, more Hunan and Shezuan than Vantonese, thus it appeals to the Mexican apetite. A bit expensive but nice... More
