Great pizzas, OK wines, very good service (usually), and great entrees. The fusion dishes (Asian tuna; enchiladas; the Antares salad) are wonderful. Sit outside if the weather's nice. One of the best restaurants in GTO, especially if you want a break from straight Mexican cuisine. Pricey for GTO but a bargain for the value compared to the US or European... More

After reading the reviews and passing by the restaurant several times, we ate here before a symphony concert at the nearby Theatre. Service was good. However, the food was actually lousy. The salad I ordered was slathered in watery dressing, the pork loin was rather tasteless, and my partner's salmon was actually bland. We did not order pizza, which we... More

Food was great, but was not so happy with the service. The fact that they were a little rude with walk ins dissapointed us, but I still wanted to go eat in this place. We ended up almost begging to get a table when the place was empty and we finally got accomodated. The food was good, but I felt... More

If you want a simple but delicious meal, this a place to visit. If your visit is at weekend, I recommend you book at advance.

It's on the main drag going into the Centro. It's a nice oldish decoration with comfortable seating. The service is very good and they try their utmost to speak English, but if you do speak a bit of Spanish it will help. We had pizza made to our liking and it was very good. There were also other dishes that... More

The service is lovely but the food was awful. The shrimp tacos had tiny tasteless shrimps with an awful cream sauce. The onion soup was inedible.

It seems the basis of the meals is thin crust bread - pizza made on a very very thin crust. Excellent. However... I wanted something small, it was just after an evening show at MIQ. I ordered an appetizer, an empanada. Small? Made with the same thin crust and at least double the size of a regular empanada. I took... More

Fine meal...interesting story... ....while walking down hill saw a professional looking woman..seemed like a chef...caught up with her and asked for ”bueno comer....". I was speaking with the chef of la capellina. Followed her to restaurant, asked her to order dinners of her choice..fabulous...great fun...and I came all the way from Washington, DC

Not a great margarita. Fairy tasteless, only one thick raw slice of tomato on each pizza slice. No fresh basil - only dried herb mix. Base was dry and flaky as if it had been defrosted. Tasted more like a home-cooked cheese and tomato grilled sandwich. $159 for the pizza, large enough to be shared if you're only moderately hungry.

Nice environment, jazz band playing life on Saturdays, menu has saldas, pastas, pizza, at a decent price, service can improve, a little slow for attending.
