Read an earlier review in which they said it was the highlight of their trip to GTO. Made me eager to go there. Had a chance to talk with the chef who gave me her recommendation for the evening, a tuna dish. I have to say that, while not bad, was forgettable. In its favor, the decor was wonderful, intimate,... Got here late in the evening around nine. They were quick to accommodate us with a table and we enjoyed a bottle of wine and Mescal. The staff were there, and took great care of us. The owner even suggested a discoteca for us to frequent. Tapas mixtas was a selection of cured meats on toasted bread, with shrimp and... More

But if you enjoy a leisurely wait on your food and paying a lot for it, go! You'll have plenty of time to enjoy the well-appointed restaurant. I hate to give it a low grade on the food, cause my pesto pasta was good. My dining companion complained that her fish was too salty. My other companion thought his tappas... More

Hello, this time I had a date un this "taberna" the place is small but pretty good looking, the service is good and they have the most delicious chimichurri sauce I've ever tried. The beer is a litle bit expensive, the menu is varianted, this time i asked for "fetuccini with sea food" wich includes salmon, oyster, shrimp and fish.... More

We had a great experience here. Alberto the chef was very welcoming. The atmosphere was energetic and comfortable with only 7 tables. The service was excellent. The food was very thoughtful and plentiful. Everything was fresh and tasty.Alberto gave us a tour of the kitchen and it was clean and well worked. Over all a very good intimate experience.

I stumbled into this place because it was close to where I was staying .. can't say enough good things about them. The atmosphere is intimate and charming, the food was so delicious and the service was gracious. They also make a perfect martini! I will definitely be going back .. probably tomorrow.

I had read and seen photos of the food offered of this restaurant on TripAdvisor and decided to take a chance since it seemed a nice change from Mexican food. We were delighted to find a retro musical experience that resonated with Beatles, Elton John, John Lennon etc during the meal, the walls were decorated with paintings of Frida and... More

I will start with the positive things. The ambiance nice until elegant and well decorated. The staff I found to be welcoming, warm , generous and attentive. We were really positiv prepared of a delightful night. But now the negative side. Really all whats leaving the kitchen was a bit overcooked and without any taste and flavor. Perhaps they had... Looking at previous reviews, it has all been said. The food, the ambiance, the attentive staff, the reasonable prices - all spot-on.. We were very fortunate. We had intended to dine at another restaurant nearby on a Sunday evening. Upon arriving at the other restaurant, we learned that they were closed for the the night. OK, back to our TripAdvisor... Arrived early before a concert and we were the only ones there. Asked about the paella dish and they were out. Settled on tuna steak and spouse had chicken pasta with a parmesan sauce. Both the chicken and fish were overcooked, although the sauce was good on both dishes. Service also very lacking despite being the only customer's. Disappointed...
