Carne en su Jugo is one of my absolute favorite Mexican dishes and Kamilos 333 never disappoints. This place is next to Karnes Garibaldi, which also serves carne en su jugo, but I have always thought Kamilos tastes better than its competition. Their queso fundido...More

Absolutely great meal in itself. One suggestion, if you don’t like cilantro ask them to not to add it. They have other things on the menu but the carne en su jugo is the main draw and we all had some.

Went to have dinner, had the "Parillada" which we shared. Food was good but skimpy on the meat, lots of quesadillas and more and more beans, guess we needed some vegetables lol. Horchata badly made as was the Jamaica, Waaay too sweet, undrinkable. Not the...More

From what I understand, the founder of this restaurant originally mastered the recipe for Karne en su Jugo (Karne with a K is how they spell it). You must visit this restaurant while in Guadalajara. They first serve you a small bowl of bean soup...More

Kamilos 333 is well known for its quality and great service since 1975, it’s located in the renowned “Barrio de Sta. Teresita”. The ambiance and decoration that consists mainly of vintage field tools evokes the antique rural Jalisco. Their signature dish is the budget friendly “Karne en su jugo” which is a 100% local dish. For what we mentioned above and for its family oriented and traditional nature, it is in the top ten essential restaurants to be visited in Guadalajara. We hope to see you soon!
