Good food but sides were very small. Baked potato means you get a quarter of a potato. Grilled veggies were good. We came for the specials on the board and were early in the evening but they were out of most of them. Lots of good restaurants on this strip and i likely woudnt come back to this one if... More

Excellent food and nice ambiance and location. Good service and prices. Owner gave us lots of information on the unique flowering tree across the street (English name: Shaving brush tree), which he has made a personal effort in propagating in the Zihua area.

This is a great place for dinner with really delicious home-cooked (grilled right outside) food. So fresh with great variety of entrees and served with pride. Our group ordered everything from grilled octopus to steak and all raved. This is a family run restaurant on a charming street where you feel as if you've discovered a neighborhood away from the... My wife and I ate at Maurice's restaurant several times on our last trip. It is family owned and run, the food is good and the prices are very fair. Plus, the location is a great place to "people watch" as you enjoy your meal. A side note; they have a great selection of books, but you have to trade... More

Mauricio's food is amazing! Coupled with Brian's service equals an excellent experience. The food was delicious. We had the fish wrapped with bacon and the fish tacos and they were both excellent! I would highly recommend this restaurant.

62 minutes. That is how long it took from order placement to delivery of the meal. The food is nothing special that you could not duplicate at home with your own barbecue. Waiters are nice, but helpless.

7 friends out for dinner on a Wednesday night. We had delicious food here. Friendly service. Unfortunately we had to wait well over an hour for the food to be served.

My wife and I decided to eat breakfast here on our last day in Zihuataneo. We walked down from our hotel room at Villa Guadalupe and took a table on the street. The street where the restaurant is located does not get much car traffic, so it is pretty laid back and is quite colorful. The proprietor's nephew was our... More

We had the most wonderful evening and dinner! The food is cooked on a BBQ grill right in front of you, by the owner/chef Mauricio. You feel like family from the moment you sit down. At the end of the evening we found out there was a taxi strike and we wouldn't be able to get a cab back to... More
