This was a beautiful hotel with amazing panoramic views of Zihaut Bay. We walked down by the pool restaurant area, and then settled on coconut shrimp appetizers and drinks from the bar up on the outdoor patio lounge area overlooking the ocean. The drink was very good, the coconut shrimp were super rubbery and a little overdone. We had the... More

Location, location, location -- that real estate maxim is definitely in play with this little gem of a restaurant. The views are incredible; hell, the walk from the front entrance down to the restaurant is incredible. It's a really impressive setting. The service is attentive and efficient to a fault. The wine list is solid, and the bar is terrific.... More

Had our anniversary dinner here last week and the food, service, and views were all spectacular! The hotel staff was waiting for us as we came out of room, and the service was terrific. We are big seafood eaters and the mahi-mahi we had for dinner was second to none!Prices are very reasonable. Thanks to the staff for making a super evening!

We stayed at La Casa Que Canta for nearly a week in November and although we were tempted to eat at some of the nearby restaurants, we found no reason to leave our wonderful restaurant right here "at home". We enjoyed freshly prepared authentic Mexican cuisine, five-star wait staff and ample and very reasonably-priced first class dishes. Our only dilemma:... More

Very romantic place, breathtaking view, excellent food & service, great margarita de tamarindo. Higher prices would be reasonnable if the portions were not as ordered from the children's menu.... Reason for us not to come back for dinner - unfortunately.

Very nice atmosphere but the food was average and the portions were small. Plan on spending a lot and get a little!

Beautiful setting & restaurant overlooking the bay. Food was average, small portions and over priced. Definitely better food and prices at other nearby restaurants.

One of the most glamorous, romantic and unique resturants that I've visited, anywhere in the world. Food was very good (although portions were unreasonably small). Good wine list as well.

Beautiful place to watch the sun go down, although it goes behind the mountain, so you don't actually see it set. The restaurant was good, and the service excellent. We would have liked to have stayed there but it was full due to Thanksgiving, but it is a trip to the beach, so we opted for something closer and were... More
