We stopped in here on a recommendation.. Wonderful! We had a salad and shared the catch of the day. It was a Tuna steak with all the fixings, peppers, mushrooms onions. It was well made and delicious. This place has no view, but the restaurant was clean and the service was great. We enjoyed our meal immensely. Because of Easter... More

This place was highly recommended for their great lobster so we decided to give it a try. We arrived shortly after 5:00 pm there was only one other party of three at the restaurant we ordered drinks that took over half an hour to get that alone! We were not in a hurry but the waiter was obviously more interested... More

This restaurant by far serves the best lobster in town. It is cooked to perfection and just delicious. My dish came out with three fairly rage lobsters on it and it was such a beautiful dish that almost every body that came into the restaurant and sat near us ordered the same dish. The only unfortunate thing is that we... More

My wife is a garlic snapper afficianado. She practically orders it every night when we are Ixtapa/Zihau, which we have been visiting for 20 years. Nobody does it better than Garrobos. They use a huge whole fish, flash-fry it so that it's crispy outside, tender inside. They also makes an outstanding margarita. The restaurant itself is comfortable, not fancy. Staff... More

This seafood restaurant, behind the waterfront and Elvira's restaurant, is clean and service is attentive. The food however is mediocre. Seafood soup: described as a savory broth with fish, octopus, calamari, fish and shrimp was lacking in all items. I asked the waiter where the fish was and he skewered a tiny piece of floating white stuff as the fish.... More

Excellent shrimp for my husband and they prepared a tasty vegetarian meal for me even though they had no veggie dishes on the menu. Spotless dining area and close to our favorite place to buy wool rugs. Wait staff were friendly and efficient. We will definitely go back!

Nice place with a family friendly staff. The Red Snapper was prepared to perfection. Prices an proportion were reasonable an on point. We went on a humid night the restaurant is open so the mosiquitos were feasting like patrons. Our waiter noticed us fighting the bites an brought over repellent. Very thoughtful
