We opted to eat there twice because the food was so incredibly good and fresh. When other reviewers mentioned that the customer is treated like family, I could not believe it but it is so true. The owner , the chef, the servers all are...so nice and welcoming and of course every dish we took was amazing.More
What do I say about a restaurant that does everything correctly?
From the moment we walked in, we knew we were somewhere special. Reviews stating it is like you are "family" are correct, we felt as though we belonged there from the start. Arturo was...our waiter and took care of all our needs. He was informative, fun, and completely wanting us to be happy. Roberto was at each table making sure our experience was a good one. The bartender smiled and nodded as we tasted our fabulous cocktails. As a nondrinker, I especially appreciated the delicious mocktail he created. We ordered Shrimp Roberto and beef fajitas' which were both exceptional, then the dessert platter, another winner, and my friends finished with the pear tequila! We relax in PVR and don't make a lot of plans, but we will be returning for dinner this week!More
Umberto waited on us. Very attentive. Had excellent dinner. Leave your cards at home. Cash only! Seafood soup is enough to fill your stomach. Bass dinner and chicken fajita good for 2 helpings. Dessert and home made tequila on the house. We’ll be back.
Martini en Fuego feels like yo u are eating at a family members place. the service and the food are amazing. Portions are generous and you really do feel like you've gotten the your money's worth. One of the best meals you'll ever have!
This was my second time to MartiniEn Fuego, and I have to say they never cease to amaze me. It was my friends birthday dinner and they completely filled our table with the freshest seafood and produce in the city. Roberto and his crew are...some of the most respectful people I’ve ever met. I will come again and again, and will totally recommend it to friends and family interested in going to Puerto Vallarta. Thanks again Roberto for excellent food and service. Oh and their pear tequila is something that you’ve got to try! Hands down the best food I’ve ever had in Mexico and probably the best I’ve ever had anywhere in my life!!!More
We've been to Martini en Fuego three times now. It's by far one of our favorites in Puerto Vallarta. The complimentary tequila shot at the end of the meal is an added bonus after having an amazing meal.

I am like you. I have been going to Vallarta for 20 years and don’t pay attention to the street names. However, if you really want to find this place, you might want to look at the street signs as they are there. The restaurant is on the third block up from the beach on Francisco Madero Street. Like so many places, it is small and easy to miss. Look for the beautiful hand sewn table cloths.
