Here is a place that is 12 blocks or so from The beaches of Puerto Vallarta. Tourist’s will only find this place if they knew someone who had been here before. This is why movie stars and people of notoriety would go here to escape...More

This is one of the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta with dishes from all regions of Mexico. One of my favorites is Chiles en Nogada, stuffed poblano peppers covered with the most delicious walnut sauce and fresh pomegranite seeds. Every table is a work of...More

We've been coming here for years. No visit is complete without a dinner here. I always think I'll try something different, but I usually just pick "Frida's dinner. It's a four course dinner with a cold cream filled Chile relleno dotted with pomegranate, followed by...More

We have been vacationing in PV for 20 years, and each and every trip includes at least 1 often several visits to Red Cabbage. Food is good, drinks are strong and the service is top notch. Not a fancy or trendy place, but who needs...More

Everything here is homemade. The margaritas are strong and flavorful. The mole poblano is out of this world excellent. The service is impeccable. Love the local neighborhood too.

What an honor to be able to dine in this sweet, tiny place that was Frida's home. They've painted the walls vibrant colors and there are paintings everywhere of Frida. The menu is enchanting and how hard it was to pick what to eat. We...More

I actually enjoyed 'Red Cabbage' more than some 'fine dining' spots in PV. It's off the beaten path (a hearty walk but suggest taxi to and fro); it is sort of in a residential area; and they know they're good; and they do say so...More

Please don't ask people if they have a reservation and act exclusive if you say on your website no reservation required. Kind of weird. I dock you a star for this as it speaks to service. It's a pretty normal looking restaurant. The food was...More

I don’t know what all the fuss is about this place. Very bland and overpriced Mexican food. Decor ok. You’re guilted to tip a kid at the gate before you even enter. No gracias.
