These have to be the best tacos I've ever had! I know pretty strong statement, but it's absolutely true:) the adobada tacos are their specialty and a must try if you visit Vallarta. Super affordable and the best meal we had on our trip. You might have to wait in line to be seated but it's definitely worth the wait.

They open at night and are closed on Sundays. If you are in town and want authentic Tacos Al Pastor… COME HERE! OMG, it is so cheap and the tacos are chopped FULL of meat. They are always slammed and usually have a crowd waiting to get in. It is worth it! Believe me, you will kick yourself if you... More

I travel to Puerto Vallarta a number of times each winter and Pancho's is always my first place for dinner. I have never had a bad meal the Pancho's.

Wish they had longer hours. The sauces make a huge difference. Best tacos I ever had. My brother and I had 4 Volcane, 4 Al Pastore, 2 Coronas and 2 cans of soda for 136 MX.

When in Rome, they say (not that we've ever needed much convincing to go out for Mexican food!). Pancho's was one of the recommendations from a local for places to eat at during our recent (off season) reservation. In the Romantic Zone, the location is easy to find if you have GPS on your phone or take the easy route... More

It's our first day in PV and I am sticky, sweaty, and absolutely hungry! After a quick yelping and trip advisor, I decided this would be the first of many food experiences here. Sort of off the beaten path, but not too far off... This tiny hole in the wall, spilling into the street is packed with both patrons and... More

It is well worth waiting until they open at 6.00pm and being first in line to have these delicious tacos. We had the Al Pastor and the Volcanes tacos and they were fresh and delicious and we kept ordering more!

Awesome tacos, margaritas and chilli sauces. Food and drink are very cheap. Definitely a great place for dinner. The pastor tacos were delicious.
