I can’t say enough great things about Gaby’s! I am here visiting my mother and when we arrived she and our server spoke like they were besties. Service was out of this world! Adrian made the best Caesar salad I have ever had, and also...the best limonada con agua mineral that I’ve ever had! There are a ton of restaurants near the malecón but Gaby’s is a win 100%!More

When I was in Puerto Vallarta recently, I took a cooking class from Gaby's Chef Julio Cesar Castillon Perez. The class went shopping in the markets of PV and then returned to the restaurant to cook some amazing salsa and sauces, Tortilla Soup an Chili...Rellenos. I'm hooked! The next night we ordered take and were delighted with the food. While in PV, please go to Gaby's. It is a treat!More

Located 3 blocks from the Malecon, mostly very quiet, on a hill overlooking the ocean. Atmosphere was romantic and quaint but sophistcated. Menu upscale, authentic and affordable. We really enjoyed our time and will return.

I cannot recommend the cooking class with Chef Julio enough! We walked to the market and picked our ingredients, he told us the best way to pick each item for the different dishes he had in mind for the menu. We walked back and started...cooking everything, and it was all so so good. I would without a doubt do it again and recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and unique experience to prepare authentic Mexican food!More

Excellent service and the food was delicious! We sat outside in the courtyard with a gorgeous ocean view, while being serenaded on the harp by a local musician. Margaritas are wonderful as well.

This restaurant is very charming inside and out although I recommend eating outside with the ocean view. Service was superb. Our party of 6 all liked our food. One of my favorite PV experiences! Highly recommend.

We like to eat breakfast at this restaurant when in town, but were told by a waiter that they are currently not open for breakfast. Instead, we came to eat dinner. Our server, Luis, was great and brought us everything that we needed including some...complimentary chips and salsa. I ordered the Cinco de Mayo platter which had a chicken enchilada, tamale, chicken mole and a cheese stuffed poblano with rice and beans. The whole plate was good, but my favorites were the enchilada and chili relleno. The portion size was large enough that I had some leftover for lunch another day. A musician showed up partway through our meal and alternated playing a guitar and harp. They also accept credit cards for payment which we really appreciated.More

We have been coming to PV for many years but this year we are trying a lot of restaurants that we haven’t been to before. This was on the list. Good portions for meals. We had a shrimp enchilada and the spinach beat salsa with...chicken, and an order of guacamole. The food was nicely presented and flavourful. My only suggestion was to get the salad dressing on the side. Service was excellent. The night we were there there was a very talented musician. He played a guitar, a Mexican harp and sang well. We will return.More

We had dinner at Gaby's Restaurant and it was delicious. The service was good and so are the prices. They also offer a cooking class. One of the most fun times we had in Puerto Vallarta. There were 6 couples and we all enjoyed cooking,...drinking and eating what we made. If you get the chance to eat at Gaby's, do it, and even better if you can take the class and meet new friends there.More
