We went here for our anniversary. The service was fantastic. My husband had garlic and beer shrimp which was good but expensive. I had chicken fajitas which were excellent. Overall the food was delicious.

Fajita Republic has the BEST drinks in PV! Fresh juices and quality tequila! Not just that, the customer service is out of this work! These guys are the best! Fun Mexican restaurant with great food and reasonable prices. The staff give great service. The restaurant is always busy so make a reservation if you want a table near the windows.

What a great experience. We were headed to Pancho TAKOS for dinner and faced a very long line - tables crammed in together and the outdoor space was very hot. We decided to try somewhere else and walked a bit to the east. We stumbled...on Republic (AKA Fajita Republic). Our server was Jorge. David and team and they were outstanding. Basically, we asked Jorge to order for us - family style. We had a fundido appetizer made with melted gouda and chorizo, slow roasted pork shank, shrimp fajitas in a molcajete , enchiladas and an amazingly tender beefsteak. The price was very reasonable and worth every dollar. We all strongly recommend Republic and wii definitely return.More

Our last day in Puerto Vallarta so we returned here for dinner (and the last margarita for this trip1). Our waiter (Jorge) was fantastic and saw to it that we got our favorites! We had an early dinner, just after 5:00 PM, so the restaurant...wasn't very busy, but it often get packed later in the evening. It was a holiday here (Benito Juarez Birthday), but this restaurant was open and we're sure it will be busy later. The food was great and service too. We'll look forward to coming again on our next visit to Puerto Vallarta.More

One of our regular restaurants when in PV. Excellent waiters, good tasting food, more than adequate helping sizes, fair pricing: three drinks, great appetizers, entrees for two plus 20% tip, $56. Walk away full and happy. Excellent menu. Only drawback was slow delivery of entrees—20...minutes or so.More

Always great food and service! Our regular spot when we are in Mexico. Every server is great, but Fernando is always amazing and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!!
