We stumbled upon this when we were out for a walk. It is fantastic - they have the best coffee / roasted in house. They even sell breakfast.

The Looney Bean serves consitently good coffe, and has expanded their menu to breakfast and lunch. We buy bulk coffee by the pound ground or in beans.

We stayed at Costa Bonita about 1.5 mile away and wanted a casual breakfast place a beach-walk away. Looney Bean was perfect! The help is young, attentive and smiling, the food a happy mix of American with a touch of Mexican if you want that. Me, I don't care for salsa or peppers with breakfast so I stayed with eggs... If you like coffee and the smell of coffee this is the place for you. Has breakfast and a light lunch, baked goods are ready to eat in and enjoy your coffee, or take some home.

Take a walk on the beach and end up at this delightful spot. The food is excellent and the coffee sublime. Our group especially enjoyed the fresh fruit blended smoothies with the luscious baked cinnamon buns, muffins and scones. Such a treat. Loved the owner.

Had the most wonderful breakfast this past Tuesday. Strawberry banana waffles to die for. Coffee was exceptional. Service of the staff and conversation with Heidi was very much appreciated. Will definitely return in 2017 on our next trip to Mazatlan!

We usually stop in at the Looney Bean just for coffee and a bun. The coffee is always good and the baking fresh. Recently we have stopped by for breakfast. They have a fairly large menu and some of the breakfasts are enough for two. The breakfasts(actually everything we have had there) were very good. Looney Bean is located in... More
