The Waters Edge has one the best lunches in Centro. Not only is the restaurant well appointed, elegant, and clean but they hire and retain the best bi-lingual staff. They run a lunch special that includes a main course and it comes with a drink. The food prepared here is locally sourced, organic when possible and cooked from scratch. You... More

This was our third visit to Water's Edge and yet again, our meal was exceptional! They use the freshest of local ingredients and each plate is beautifully plated - a feast for the eyes and tastebuds! Our group of 4 enjoyed the gyoza, ahi salad, ahi tower, beet and goat cheese salad, house apple lettuce salad, Thai prawns in a... More

I've wanted to try this restaurant since it opened and was located near the water. To be honest, today's visit was unplanned as the nearby restaurant our foursome was going to was closed. They offer a fixed price menu of 120 pesos with a wide selection of entree choices that also include a beer, soft drink or lemonade. Our guests... More

An absolutely wonderful place in EVERY respect! We were seated in a lovely outdoor patio being attended by a friendly and utterly professional waiter ("Alfonso"). Now to the food: I started with roasted garlic - and smelled of garlic like Gilroy, CA still next morning :-) My wife enjoyed delicious Thai red curry shrimp (carefully spiced - hot but not... More

Waters Edge was the place for today's Sunday lunch. They provide a nice lunch menu with most items about 120 pesos which includes either beer, coke or lemonade. Sangria is a choice for an additional 20 pesos. Our lunch items today; Asian chicken salad and penne pesto with chicken with both fresh and flavorful. The bistro was tastefully decorated, clean... 2nd to last night in Mazatlan- after watching the sun set, we walked around Machada square looking at all the restaurants and menus. I had seen this on tripadvisor and was interested but needed my husband to decide this was the place. So glad he could read my mind bc we were not disappointed at all! Being the beginning of... The food and service was excellent. It was one of the best meals I have had in my whole life. We had the anitpasto which was delicious. I had the chicken with portobello's and it was one of the best entree's I've ever had. The restaurant is quaint with a beautiful patio. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Went for lunch. Menu had promising lunch specials. Four of us were seated in an open courtyard area anout 1:30 on a Tuesday. Three tables of diners. TWO waiting for menus and one waiting for their bill. After a 15 minute wait and no one to even take a drink order, we left. Sad...I really wanted to eat here. They... More

My husband and I were in Mazatlan and I made it a point to find Water's Edge after the reading the amazing reviews on TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed. Everything from the moment we walked was just what I had hoped for. Bistro feel, several different seating areas, interesting art and the food...yes the food! We visited for lunch and... More
