Not fancy - but by far the best seafood in Mazatlan for VERY reasonable prices. Ceviche is amazing - so is the Clam Chowder!

We have been dining at the small original El Fish Market since it opened. We continue to return year after year because we love their fish and chips. Although we want to try other things on the menu, it's hard becasue we love the fish and chips so much. We will be back on our next trip to Mazatlan.

the food is okayish, nothing special and reminds me of a fast food restaurant. the food def isnt made with any love , just put together to a "dish". the quality isnt the best either. there are better places with fresh ingredients etc. the service is also just okay, waiters arent too attentive. the place has a great view tho.

We like the Fish Market Restaurant a lot ... but two years ago before they grew to 3 restaurants ... it was very good little place. Calamari was so good we ordered for main dish. Generous servings have shrunk and nothing special. Fish and Shrimp Tacos are still very good and so is the Shrimp Cocktails .... We are very... More

We had visited El Fish Market on past visits to Mazatlan. It appeared that the restaurant has grown and, perhaps, changed ownership. The menu was quite different than we had remembered and prices had moved upwards. We were, though, very impressed with our swordfish steaks. They were well seasoned, perfectly prepared and nicely presented with what appeared to be In... More

we have gone to ALL three El Fish Markets in Mazatlán, and until last night have always been impressed. Last night the staff was all NEW, people. maybe they don't know what they are doing, first off they charged us for 3 oyster Rockefeller, when we only had 2, then they brought us a new bill, again it was not... Mahi Mahi was awesome, the potato wedges were great and the slaw was really tasty. The service was good and friendly. It's a favorite in Mazatlan for Mahi Mahi. I visited both Fish Markets often in Mazatlan over the last few years.

Had a great seafood cocktail with plenty of abalone, octopus, shrimp and ????. Very reasonably priced but very "warm" if its hot outside.

What a great find! The shrimp tacos, sweet octopus tacos, and smoked Marlin tacos were wonderful! We had an ahi tostada, an order of calamari, and some shrimp ceviche that were excellent as well. We have been there twice in 4 days and we will probably be back one more time before we head home.
