Good restaurant to dinner and enjoy the live music and the weather. I reccomend the tuna tacos and red lobster burrito; you have to try it,

The waiter over charged us by 5 dollars refusing to rectify the intentional mistake. I hate to be cheated and abhor dishonesty. Pedro ruined a beautiful evening on the macado square.

So very disappointed and dissatisfied. Salsa tasted old, chips as well. I ordered the molcajete. Shrimp was overcooked. My wife liked her coconut shrimp. Will never go back.

Friday and Saturday evenings on Plaza Machado is great time for people watching and a somewhat festival atmosphere. The restaurants around the square pull seating out on the sidewalks so you can hear the music, see the vendors (tables with crafts, jewelry, etc) and people (a wedding party came for photos while we were dining). Enjoyed their Sangria and Margaritas.... More

Not only has great food but the the people who work there are friendly and awesome. The setting is is amazing. The street out front closes to traffic at night and the tables fill the street across from the square. I have to go there at least once when I go to Mazatlan

Our waiter, "Pancho Smith" added to the charm of this awesome restaurant. He was genuine and funny and knew his stuff. The guacamole was legit and ya gotta get bacon wrapped shrimp if you are dining in Mazatlan. Lots of outside seating which is just across a cobblestone foot path from the plaza which was vibrant with locals mulling around.

Visited with 10 people - great drinks and food. Had tuna tacos and octopus tostadas - tuna tacos were nothing special (but the green salsa that came with them were delicious!) but the octopus!? Fantastic. We sat outside so enjoyed the street performers, staff was very good - even did separate bills for our whole group (which we didn't ask... More

Too many people bother you while you eat -- which takes awway from what could be a great spot. Loved sitting out in the plaza -- hated the constant barrage of beggars, magicians, and other solicitors.

This used to be our favorite place in Mazatlan but no more. No more. Food quality way down. Service still good but sadly we won't try it again for a long time.

We went to Pedro and Lola's last night, a Saturday to celebrate our 44th anniversary and to enjoy the outdoor entertainment. The service was quick and attentive, however after we got our meal, a man started smoking at the next table. We complained to the waiter, and he said he would do something about it. The smoker disappeared, but came... More
