Great food and reasonably priced. Menu was easy to understand and the wait staff was great. Free tequila tasting and 2 for 1 happy hour drinks🍻

Winston our server was extremely attentive to our enjoyment of his restaurant. Even replaced our coffee with what he believed a better brew. Slightly more expensive than Bruja or Looney Been but makes up in ambiance and service.

Would have missed La Fonda, as there is no sign on street, and even within the resort, and we never saw the name on it, in its cute beach palapa setting. One must enter the El Rancho gate, walk across the parking lot and walk down what seems a private area between Villas, and by pool, to finally reach steps... More

As you walk past the bar, you'll receive a friendly wave and an "OLA!!!" from Jose - he's been an employee at the resort for about 20 years. This is the start of the friendly service and hospitality that you will receive. As you make your way up the stairs, you will be greeted, yet again, hearing "Welcome my Friends!!"... More

Wonderful small restaurant found in the El Rancho resort. Service was excellent and food very good. We had a shrimp dish and grilled fish and both were fresh and well prepared. Prices were a little higher than other places around but still reasonable. It was not busy the night we were there - maybe three other tables. It is right... More

My wife and I came here yesterday because it was just a walk down the beach. We were literally the only people in there the entire night and the service was still horrible. The veggies obviously cane out of a frozen store bought bag and were microwaved to a sponge like grossness. I had the Mango shrimp and the shrimp... More

I think little ocean view restaurants like this are the reason people go to Mexico. The food and drinks were excellent, especially the shrimp dishes. You can pay all you want and you won't get a better view anywhere in the world. We loved this place!

It is pretty inconsistent. They cooked up my husbands catch of Mahi Mahi and Marlin. It was exquisite. Sometimes there didn't seem to be any staff and the bar tender took over. They tried hard.
