this is a great place to experience the Mexican flavor with English speaking waiters, overlooking the beach. they have karaoke on Fridays, ad they sell their own Tequila liqueur in 3 different flavors. and they also have tequila with the "worm" actually it's a whole snake.....not for the weak stomach. worth the experience

My husband had shrimp tacos, and the shrimp were overcooked but the taste was okay. I had chimichungas ( sp) that had too much going on. I could hardly taste the fish filet inside. The flan on the other hand was rich and velvety ... hands down, the best I have ever had! Great view of the beach!

There is a lot of staff to handle the crowd and it is worth the wait in line if you go at the busier times. Best shrimp in town. Try the Coco Loco's for a tropical treat. Good music and great singer. Congo lines every weekend.

If you are looking for an unpretentious and typical beachside seafood restaurant this place is for you. The view of playa brujas is very nice and the food is great, specially shrimp dishes. This place makes you relax and enjoy family time along with a cold beer. Service is great and attentive. I would recommend this place if you are... More

By far the best food we had in the past seven days that we had to go back again after several deplorable dining experiences. I is nor fancy but fresh authentic Mexican cuisine and seafood. Please try the whole fish red snapper.

We had the best dinner we had during our stay. The atmosphere was very fun. Danced in conga line, danced with waiters. Did shots of tequila with a snake in it. The waiter helped us get set up for fishing , zip line and a island tour. We still are telling everyone how great this place was!!

For me this was the perfect seafood restaurant, completely informal, excellent ocean views, good service, right on the beach, open design but comfortable temperature even if the day is hot and humid. Get the dish with the coconut full of seafood, it's a delight to see and eat. There's also live entertainment.

Mr. Lionso's is a fun place to eat, sing (Karaoke) and also listen to a strolling Mariachi band. You get to check out one of the most popular surfing spots in Mazatlan as well as watch the walkers who come down the beach to check out the rocks by the famous "Playa Bruja" (Witch's Beach) which is named after the...
