The servers were not happy, after waiting 40 minutes it was determined that the waiter forgot to place my order and the length of time to get everyone's food was horrible as we were the second group In the restaurant. Based on everyone else's reviews, they must have had a bad day. The food was also not very good.

Wonderful seafood! They have the best! The lobster tail with butter and garlic are to die for.. The shrimp are huge and excellent. Good service is also a plus.

Really fresh fish and seafood at very reasonable prices. It's where the locals ho for comida (the mid day meal).

Great dishes, great service, the food was served quickly, the camarones zarandeados were GREAT, the stuffed filet was delicious and the place has good ventilation, highly recommended!!!

Everything is worth to taste, so far my favs are: tacos de camarón, tostada de pulpo y camarón, camarones zarandeados. And to drink try the agua de coco, which even has pieces of coconut

So, the fact that I have been going for 30 years would suggest I love the place. Although my meals are usually quite good, prices are fair, but it nothing to write home about. It is in a bad location. A dusty, industrial area near the bus station. The hours are uneven. No atmosphere. Service okay. Price is good, but... More

Mariscos Carlos is a place loved by locals and by tourists savvy enough to find it tucked behind the Manzanillo bus station. It's a large place that specializes in tasty, perfectly cooked seafood, efficient, friendly service, and a casual atmosphere. Everyone from bus drivers to big wheeler-dealers appear to eat here. We especially liked the free appetizer plate of jicima... More

I tried here a fish on the grille, it was excellent. The service is good, although English is not the best part here. The prices are good. This is a good place for fish and sea food eaters. Recommended restaurant, I will be back 

This is a great place. First off, it can be kind of hard to find but it you ride any of the busses that go to the main bus depot, you go right by their corner. In effect, it is IMMEDIATLY BEHIND the main bus station. Easy to get to once you know where it is. We had seafood -... More

This place is only open for lunch and closed on Tuesdays. We didn't think that the food was very good...there were 8 of us and all of our meals were overcooked.
