Four of us stopped here last week and we all had the tacos el pastor and they were very tasty as well as being inexpensive. Sophia, a lovely young woman with perfect English, is part of the family who runs the restaurant and she made...a point of stopping to inquire about our meal. We will definitely return here.More

Flamboyant is one of my favorite breakfast places in Crucecita/Huatulco. Seeing how few times they’ve been reviewed, I felt compelled to post and share this fact and some information about the place. Located along the edge of the Zócalo in town, the restaurant is open...faced and fan cooled. One of the things you might notice, and one of the things we love about it, is that there will be a woman working a grill right in front of the restaurant. She’s there making fresh homemade tortillas, quesadillas, and sopes. These are inexpensive and delicious.. The sopes cost just 10 pesos/50 cents and the quesadillas go for 15pesos/75cents. Fillings include chicken in chili sauce, mushrooms and cheese, potatoes with chorizo, and pork cracklings. add a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice and you can have a satisfying breakfast for about three dollars. They do a very nice selection of egg dishes as well. One of my favorites is the huevos motulenos. Fresh tortillas smeared with refried beans get covered with two Friday eggs, cheese, minced ham, green peas, fried plantains, and a sauce. All that delicious justFresh tortillas smeared with refried beans get covered with two Friday eggs, cheese, minced ham, green peas, fried plantains, and a sauce. All that deliciousness costs about 60 pesos/3 dollars. They do several other combinations of Mexican egg dishes too, as well as standard western dishes like omelettes, Friday eggs with meat and pancakes, etc. Check them out if you want a casual, delicious, and very affordable breakfast experience. You won’t be disappointed.More

We decided to go here randomly as it looked appetizing watching the chef make the tacos. First of all so cheap. We were surprised. We are on a family vacation from Canada and the resort food gets old fast as did the slow resort service....This place exceeded our expectations. Very happy we stopped in. If you are touring around Huatulco stop in for some delish Margaritas and Tacos. The service is great and fast!More

This restaurant is located overlooking the zocala along a line of many restaurants and bars, all joined together and distinguished from one another by different chairs and similar but varying menus. There are a large number if tacos available including the al pastor from the...carved spit . Their hamburger was very good , well seasoned with a tasty bun and loaded with ham, pineapple, tomato , cheese, lettuce, onion and all the condiments. They have about a dozen tables with wooden chairs. The ceiling fans keep the area comfortable. Service is simple and attentive. There is a full bar, clean washrooms, and reasonable prices.More

We went for dancing and got hungry. Very good guacamole and tasty, good burgers (tho a bit salty). Prices are incredibly reasonable. We went again another night and the food was as good as the first time. We would go back here anytime.
