Hard to beat

Once again I think this is a very good low key place to dine. We have been going there for several years and enjoy the people and family. The food is always great. Seafood,Mole etc is very good.

We went to eat there a couple of nights ago and we can't tell you how impressed we were with the food and service. The people who we rent from told us to come and it was great advise. We had 5 people with us and we had steaks, a fish dish and a Mexican dish and it was fantastic.... More

The Cabrito lived up to expectations. It was delicious. Particularly liked their mole. Queso fundido and pechuga relleno were great. Service was outstanding.

We had the half rack of ribs. They were small, hey, its a BABY goat but quite tasty, certainly not for those who shy from a bit of fatty meant. The standout was the mole, one of the best I have tried in Mexico. For this reason alone you should go. The service fast fast and attentive, maybe not the... More

Nearly 20 years ago I was in Acapulco and never seemed to find time to visit this restaurant, on the 21st April,2015 (my birthday) I found time. The service was mediocre, the food expensive, the specialty of the house (Cabrito) was dry, tasteless and disappointing. Maybe I picked a bad day ,possibly my expectations were too high but I will... Of course the specialty is cabrito, how ever if you want something cheaper try the mole enchiladas, I always have them for breakfast.

It is a such a pleasure to find a jewel of a place with the qualities of El Cabrito. The food was above fabulous and the decor was inviting and... More

This restaurant is an annual stop for me and I always order the chicken enchiladas in their excellent mole. However, this trip I switched it up after a friend mentioned she had tried the chile en nogada. Only have had this delicious item once before in Puerta Vallarta so I'm not an expert but I really enjoyed my meal. The... More
