It's a little restaurant in the middle of a quiet zone, with good italian food and excellent service. The place has a nice italian touch and the menu has the right amount of italian dishes you'd expect to find. It's really small, with around 10-15 tables and it's ideal for a quiet evening with your significant other.

the owner Paolo is from northern Italy. The pizzas and pasta dishes are all very, very good! good place to take a date, family, or business group. service i sometimes a bit slow. weekdays are best, as less crowded. Alll in all a very good restaurant.

Why Ciao Italia? You were good and had decent food for an honest price with at atmosphere that invited to come back and bring friends in your informal almost "hole in the wall" restaurant. But last night I went there and it happened. Prices were increased in what I feel 30-50 %, and the prices in the menu don't include... More

I was in Monterrey and used trip advisor to find an Italian Restaruant. Ciao Italia was rated number 1 at that time for Italian. So off we go. Its very difficult to find in kind of a scary area of Monterrey, my hopes were diminishing. Then when found, it looks like a dump from the outside on a dirty street.... More

We recently visited this restaurant after reading several positive entries in Tripadvisor about this restaurant. Although Italian restaurants are common in many cities of Mexico, I am surprised that a very few are good actually. Pasta and pizza do not make an Italian restaurant, it is the overall experience and the flavor. We were in a rush so we only... More

If you happen to pass by chances are you will not stop because of its looks, but that will be a big mistake, because this is home style Italian food at its best. The menu is diverse and the prices are fair. The pizza is the best in the city, the pasta has great taste, the ingredients feel natural and... More
