Upon a recommendation from the owners of LaPoza, we dined here one evening in early January 2020. The cuisine is varied but I'd describe is a "elevated" Italian with a twist of fresh Mex. ALL of the pasta is hand made. The macaroni and cheese was amazing! The final prep takes place table side as the chef comes out with a carved out parmesan wheel (so it's like a very large bowl). The cooked hot pasta is placed inside and the heat from the noodles melts the parmesan! Delicious! Everything we ate and drank was delicious, fresh and well prepared. Would have given 5 stars as the cuisine is fantastic but service was a little messy and when we were ready to leave, it took nearly 15 minutes to get our server's attention!

We are repeat visitors to Todos Santos and love to explore the town when we visit.
This time we took the advice of friends and visited Tre Galline. We were not disappointed.
The restaurant is very rustic, clean, authentic and casual. You can enter from one of two entrances, back or front, from one side of the block or the other. Two different dining areas separated by a kitchen in the middle. You are welcome to walk through the kitchen and choose your table in either dining area.
Italian items are excellent from Caesar salad to pizza specials (crust is superb) to pastas, you cannot go wrong. Service is very casual and friendly.
Prices are reasonable. If in Todos Santos, you should visit for lunch or dinner.

Awesome food and service. Second time visiting here and food is great. The only thing I did not enjoy as much as last time was the bread. Prices a bit high for pastas, around $18 dlls for spaghetti...But it’s homemade and truffle oiled, just fantastic food.

we have been to Tre Galline two times this trip and we have to say that this place rocks. The food is really great and authentic Italian. The Eggplant Parm is phenomenal and the pasta is fresh as it gets. The two times we have been there has been entertainment with a guitar player and clarinet player. FANTASTIC to have live music. The wine is chilled and the selection is really good and all realistically priced. A must visit.

Went two times in 2019 and had to go back and we are glad we did. Service was superb! The zucchini blossoms for an appetizer were awesome. Sea bass with capers, olives, tomatoes and yes you heard me grapefruit slices knocked it our of the park. My wife had fresh pasta with basil and shrimp. A little less salt would have been better. The Wine that we ordered was a Viognier and was perfectly paired with the food. Next step for dessert was the tiramisu and it was outstanding!! Over all excellent and we highly suggest going here.

My husband and I stayed at the Todos Santos Inn (also lovely!) located right across the street from Tre Gallines. What a delicious, cozy, festive restaurant! Helpful, kind, attentive servers. I was able to find delicious vegetarian options, and my husband was able to find plenty that he would love to eat too. We enjoyed it all, and plan on going again tonight! Highly recommend it to anyone who has the pleasure of visiting Todos Santos.

In the heart of the city of Todos Santos Tre Galline was recommended to us by a local artist who said they had the best Italian food in town. They did not disappoint. The food was fresh and delish. We enjoyed the Tortellini de carne brasata with balsamic and the tagliolini with basil pesto and shrimp. Followed by dessert of creme brûlée. Of course they had a full bar with mixed drinks and an assortment of wine.

The chef overseeing appetizers should be promoted. Exquisite Caesar Salad with perfect amount of anchovy and parmesan. Best steamed clams I have ever tasted. Excellent Caprese Salad.
Other than that, was expensive and highly over-rated. Entree chef should be fired. All pastas were barely warm, overcooked and soggy masses. Tasted like the worst of Costco. Sauces were unremarkable, some were very salty. Seabass was overcooked and mushy but side vegetables were sauteed to perfection.
Service was horrible. Too few floor staff. Two incorrect orders despite orders being repeated back when taken. Waited 20 minutes for dirty appetizer plates to be removed (had to ask to be removed) and another 30 minutes for entrees to arrive. Never was offered more water or wine.
Don’t waste your time or money here.

We had the opportunity to visit this restaurant in what they claim will be their new location in December 2023, and my family absolutely adores it! The service provided by the lady and the other three guys was outstanding. The tables and seats are nice and clean, and the food is delicious, especially the salads and pasta, not to mention the bread provided. As a piece of advice, do not forget to pair it with some Baja wine.
For future visitors, the location is open and has indoor tables, but there are only a few; perhaps booking will be possible on rainy days. Some tables are very close to the street and can be distracting, but luckily you can find a spot in the back that feels the best.

So good we went twice. Great friendly service even when very full due to a tour group eating there. My husband and I decided it was the best Italian meal we’ve had outside of Italy and we have travelled the world. The Carpaccio was superb as was the pasta and the thinnest crispy base pizza. We did not try the fish, meat or desert so cannot comment. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Tried to to eat eat here tonight. My husband and I were promptly seated and then forgotten. Intended on wine, appetizers and dinner but were completely overlooked. Party next to use who came in far later than use received attention asap. We left! I asked the waitress as we were departing what was going on and she just shrugged. No attempt to make amends.

This two week trip has brouyght us back to Tre Gallinne two times in one week. My wife and myself haev been to Tre Galline about 10 plus times in the past 4 years and if you want wonderful service, incredible food that is realitically priced, Tre Galline in the place. The wine menu is also very nice which offers both excellent Mexican and wines from Italy. No more pizza and one has to try the Eggplant Parm App. WOW!

Very nice presentation at the table, with unique linen and quality cutlery. Refreshing…..Staff worked well together.The food choices are limited,, but excellent appetizers and main course portions. Chocolate lava cake was delicious. Reasonable wine prices …. Thinking it will be one of our regular Date Day Lunches. Never felt like entering a typical Todos Santos Tourist Trap…

The owner (Constantine) is from Italy and his food is deliciously authentic. From the tomato and burrata salad and the homemade pastas, to the fresh fish, chicken, and steak - it's hard to choose. You really can't go wrong. Oh, and don't forget one of the DELICIOUS desserts (the creme brûlée is our favorite). The wine list has a very good range of choices and, if you don't know Italian wine, just ask - most of the waiters are knowledgeable on the wines. Finally, the service - they are running a well-oiled machine there and all of the waiters are great. Enjoy!
