Jazamango is a delightful culinary experience created by the Renowned Mexican Chef Javier Plascencia – inspired by the love for Baja- the cuisine is based on a mixture of local products and organic ingredients straight from the orchard; creating a unique blend of flavors and dishes that please and satisfy the senses.
We went for lunch on a day trip to Todos Santos. I have loved Finca Altozano, Plascencia's restaurant in the Guadalupe Valley, since I first went 6 years ago and Jazamango has the same unique vibe. Farm to table - with the farm in view....More
Restaurants reviews and ratings don't always align with my experience - and I am by no means a professional food critic. That said, Jazamango is truly exceptional; how it lands at only #16 on Trip Advisor's restaurant ranking is baffling to me. Every meal we've...More
We loved the beautiful setting and our server was very kind and helpful. He suggested the octopus, telling us it was very tender. It had been cooked in the outdoor grill with a char on the outside almost to burned and it was very tough....More
good spot for a covered patio outdoor dinner experience. expect American style fine dining portions, small but adequate. hard to believe that they had no coffee available at dinner, but that was the case when we visited. 2 appetizers, one drink, two entrees and a...More

It is a really classy joint filled with great ambiance. Open kitchen flare, pizza oven, and cooking with real wood for flavor. So we had the steak tartare which was a different spin, served warm in a cast iron for nice touch. We also had...More
Only open since january this year, this place, at the outskirts of Todos Santos, offers a great selection of food for every taste. Amongst others I can recommend the wood grilled oysters and the suckling pig. The vegetables out of their own garden are superb....More

no menu is posted. Everything is made fresh from local sources depending upon what is available during the season. The catch of the day is what was caught that morning - ours was Yellowtail and delicious. If you are budgeting, they have small plates, salads and pizzas which can easily be shared for a reasonable price. The food is a feast for the senses and exquisitely prepared under the direction of chef Javier Plascencia. We will definitely go back.
