This little place was mot only amazing in everyway, it was like taking a step back in time. A lot of beverages and food were in the authentic style of the State of Chiapas. Distinct Mayan flavors. Old building , but decorated with art and...interesting artifacts. We had empanadas, which were among any of us four ever had. I also had their French toast, also very memorable. Staff and owner were super friendly and helpful. Certainly, unique for Tijuana. Worth a visit . Parking on street, in decent neighborhood, across from school.More

The place is a hidden gem. Very well managed restaurant with solid support. The premises are cozy , just be careful with the very low roof line in some parts of the restaurant. The value is very limited strong. The food is above average mostly

It is a very good vibe kind of place which reminded me of intimate places in the Paris Latin Quarter. The aroma of the Chiapas coffee alone is worth going in. I remember excellent octopus and the pasta seasoned in the whole howwed wheel of...cheese.More

This place was amazing with just the right combination of casualness and specialness. Enjoyed a delicious meal, drinks and desserts plus watched them prepare our pasta in a special cheese wheal.

Take an Uber - it’s off the beaten path - and bring your appetite. A feast for all the senses. Give yourself some time to enjoy it all. English-speaking staff, though they accommodated our desire for Spanish-only (we wanted to practice). Dishes include Italian with...Mexican flare, and specialties from the owner’s home region of Guadalupe - including the coffee. Rustic, romantic ambiance, suitable for couples and a family with older kids.More

The food is completely amazing in this beautiful, small restaurant with great service and we loved that they have live music for dinner on saturdays, I would definitely recommend for a romantic date or dinner with family or friends.

What a wonderful surprise. Tucked away in the suburbs, this delightful funky little restaurant serves delicious food and drink. With music added. My drink was unusual and delicious, fillet mignon with pepper sauce to die for. The desserts, date pie and cheesecake were amazing. Really...reasonably priced as well. Do not miss this little gem.More

A loveley picturesque, good looking and better taste special place in Tijuana. As they say, a little part of Chiapas for our visitors. Don’t miss their special drinks, hot or cold. ;)

Not to be missed!!! The food is absolutely delicious ( I had lobster spaghetti) and the staff is super friendly. The coffee was also very good. The most charming bit is the building itself, very colorful, full of pictures. Amazing value for money. A must...in Tijuana - would highly recommend.More
