The food presentation is gorgeous. The portions are small. I felt like I had to go elsewhere to fill up my tummy

I have made 3 attempts to have my skirt blown up by this restaurant... It NEVER happened, Javier is a very good chef but "his team" never hit the high water mark on any of my meals. (Oversalted, lacked flavor, small portions) I've been disappointed on multiple occasions. The staff seemed less attentive then most of the upscale tijuana restaurants.... More

The scene is unlike what you might expect in Tijuana. From the LEED certified, Organic design of the ultramodern structure, to the retro ingredients like chile piquín, be prepared for contrasting, but balanced flavors. Order either of the multiple course meals with wine pairings by the chef.

This restaurant has a new approach on Mexican food that is very interesting. It's different but good and great value. If you go to Tijuana and want to try something more haut-cuisine go there

This restaurant is located in a nice neighborhood in Tijuana. We were guests of locals. The parking is convenient and the restaurant is laid out and decorated nicely. The staff is friendly and attentive. Great cocktails - my favorite was the cucumber item on menu. The menu has an array of choices. I had a filet mignon and it was... More

Cold treatrment, no soft music, poor service, too expensive compared to service and location. Nothing to say about dishes, fine and sofisticated cuisine.

This was my 6th visit to Mision 19 in Tijuana, and I have to say that based on the consistent quality of the cuisine, the service and the ambiance, this ranks as one of my favorite restaurants anywhere. Yes, anywhere in the world. The tasting menu with wine pairings will set you back only $55, and it is simply divine.... More

Where do I start? I visited with a friend and we both ordered the 6-course tasting menu. It began with a delicious scallop and avocado parfait and only got better from there. And the cocktails were easily some of the best I've ever had. I recommend the Zona Rosa (it's a spicy tequila drink). Not only was the food spectacular... More

My husband and I visited Mision 19 on a Wednesday evening for dinner. We had been in Tijuana for six weeks on a medical tourism visit. In that time frame we have identified some favorite restaurants of the many Tijuana offers. This restaurant was a very elegant surprise, just a short walk from our hotel. I wish we had found...
