Found this place about 15 years ago and never thought to review it. The carnitas are wonderful ask for the dark meat if you want real juicy carnitas. they also have the light ones which have less calories. Our special waitress is Lupe and she already knows what my husband and I want when we walk in the door. The... More

The carnitas are good stuff and come with plenty of sides. The posole was good but I had never seen it with chicken, prefer it with pork. Cost about $450 pesos, okay price. I'd recommend the place.

Been here a few times. Literally they say they close at a determined hour and if you arrive 20 minutes before the closing they will either not serve you and throw you out or tell you they only have leftovers and that they will feed you with that. The food is not that great and for the price you can... More

This place opens early - at least the one on the south side of Rosarito - which is essential if you are up early and craving great, cheap, local food. Their breakfast dishes are amazing but I can never seem to order anything else besides their carnitas tacos. They are about $1 USD each and DELICIOUS! They sell beer and... More

The absolute best carnitas ever. As we drive into Rosarito, our first stop is always here. Great tortillas, salsa, guacamole, a huge platter of carnitas and a pitcher of margaritas (or two). This is living!
