The ambience, the view and the food. The Black Sea bass was beyond delicious cooked to perfection and the sauce delicious!! Actually the restaurant is located south of Rosarito beach, in a partition called Primo Tapia. Worth the 30 minutes drive from Rosarito

We had a great dinner and enjoyed the live entertainment with Ross. I had the seafood soup and absolutely loved it. My friend had the chicken wings and enjoyed it too.

Great views, food, mech, ok. Was here for a long weekend and was told it was one of the best. Seems like a mix of local expats at the bar for locials

This is our favorite local restaurant and we go just about every week. However out seems like they were experiencing a hangover this New Year's day. The margaritas were sour, the cordon bleu was the smallest portion ever, and it took over 15 minutes to...get our check. They were pretty busy and the only other bad experience we have had at Splash in 6 years was on a busy night as well. Try to go early before the rush I guess.More

They've lost a step compared to what they had on their previous location but if you have never been it will rock your world. Ribs are really good and they have a creamy octopus dish u need to try.

You can sit indoors or go upstairs, sit next to the edge of the balcony and enjoy getting a few splashes from the ocean. The view is amazing and cocktails are good. Food is ok BUT with that view, who cares?

This last time we had butterfly shrimp and it was delish, they also have a pastry chef and their desserts are out of this world! Margarita's are a must have also.

As a full time expat resident of Rosarito we tend to dine out often with the goal to experience excellent authentic Mexican foods. The best I can say about Splash is that the view is second to none on the patio. However, each time we...have visited the restaurant the consensus remains that the margaritas are bland and the Mexican cuisine is terribly mediocre and unauthentic. It’s always a tremendous disappointment.More

We go to Splash weekly and it is our favorite restaurant in the area. It still is, since the food and drinks and fresh and delicious. However this past Saturday is the first time we have gone after 6pm on a weekend. It was out...of control and a bad experience. The place was full of large groups and they were there to drink and visit. It was very loud and my wife and I had trouble finding a table. We only saw our server two times in the whole 1 1/2 hours we were there. He took our order, and he returned once to take our ketchup and mustard for another table (without asking if we needed anything). Obviously our food and drink were slow getting to us. We really appreciate the older gentleman who serves as the host and watches over things, since he alone took care of us.More

We have visited Rosarito Mexico twice, so far, in the last year. We always search the internet for good places to try for dinner before we go and the first time we went Splash was on our list but we didn't have enough nites to...try it. We finally made it on the 3rd evening of our most recent visit. Lucky for us they had a table for 2 on the patio, right next to the lexan wind barrier right on the beach of the Pacific Ocean. I had just about made up my mind to have the chili relleno dinner until the waitress told us that the specialty of the day was coconut shrimp, one of my favorite meals. Naturally that is what I ordered. My wife, Bozena ordered the chicken enchilada dinner. She also ordered a green salad two for us to share and I don't know if anyone out there has had a Mexican shrimp cocktail but instead of 4 or 5 shrimp they serve a large goblet filled with shrimp and cocktail sauce. It was huge and tasty. My shrimp came with a deductible coconut milk based dipping sauce that was very unique and delicious, sauteed bell peppers and onions and a baked potato. Bozena's enchilada came with rice and beans. The sun was setting over the Pacific and the staff came by periodically to adjust the umbrella over our table to keep the sun out of our eyes. Everything was great and we really enjoyed the meal. Put Splash on your list of places to eat in Rosarito Mexico.More

I have been at this restaurant many times and have never seen a dog in the building. However I do not recall seeing a sign saying you cannot. Joe
