Family bar. Bring some carrots for Pancho the donkey. Jorge the manager is super cool. Vince the owner recently built a soccer field for the local kids. This place is on the way to Mission San Javier. Western bar with cool pool table. Food is great. Beer is cold. The summer hours are limited. Great view from the bar of... More

Del Borracho has alot of character. Old western playing on the tv, Western music and a comfortable western saloon style bar and grill. You have to place your food order in one place and your liquor order in another. The servers were great however I would only rate the burger as average. Worth a stop.

Cool old-school cowboy decor; reliable, tasty burgers and sandwiches, very good soups; and literally the coldest draft beer within 300 miles. Pitchers of beer ice cold for less than $10, you're not going here for a 7-course fine dining experience. This place doesn't pretend to be what it's not; it's a burger joint with it's own casual attitude; and a... More

Their famous burgers are nothing special. It's just something you could have at any other place. They are good, but not worth it; unless it's your favourite thing to eat. I had a good time with my friends playing pool while waiting for our burgers. They also have a nice backyard where you can relax while enjoying your meals, and... More

We stopped here on the way to our departure flight, on the recommendation of our accommodation host. Four of us tried the margaritas, guacamole, hamburger and BLTA(Avocado). The food was very good -- and the atmosphere fun, with visits (we ate outside) by a donkey, horse and rooster. The bar had good margaritas and beer, but a limited selection of... More

American owners serving great burgers 750 miles down the Baja. A welcomed break from the native, good, Mexican food

Had a burger & a beer here. It was very good. Lots of Cowboy décor with country music playing & western movies on the tv. Nice change from eating Mexican food for 10 days. Bartender is super friendly

Del Borracho seems a bit over-rated. The French fries served with my burger were the packaged frozen ones heated in the oven. Craving something sweet, we tried a milkshake and that pretty well describes it - a glass of sweet milk with a whipped cream topping. The burger was ok as was a salad but the place really relies on... More
