legit bagels

Legit bagels for only 15 pesos a piece at the farmers market. Need I say more? These were just as good as anything from a Jewish bakery in the states. Bravo! Also, I love the homemade yogurt. Very good.

Coming from NJ/NYC I know a good bagel and these were great! I had smoked salmon on everything with spicey cream cheese-I highly reccomend this place, very nice coffee too!

For 80 pesos you get a plate with a nice little green salad, fruit skewer, a tasty german sausage, good bacon (and hey I'm Canadian), an egg how you like it, and a FAT bagel with a generous tub of cream cheese...basil, chives, chipotle , and maybe another flavour. Awesome deal! Be sure to get a bag of bagels-to-go when... More

Raised in a Jewish family, my only current connection to my ethnic/religious upbringing is eating bagels and matzoh. So that means I am pretty picky about both foods. Living in the SF Bay Area, I rarely have the kind of bagel that reminds me of my childhood. So imagine my surprise when I actually find that kind of bagel in... More

We had brunch here and the food was great. It is a bit on the expensive side for what you get, but the atmosphere is good, the service is great, and it is a gathering place for Gringos, so if you need to visit with someone in English, this is a good spot.

this bagel shop could stand on its own anywhere, but in La Paz, BCS it's just outstanding. run by a wonderful couple, the food and coffee/teas are fabulous. I never miss a chance to eat there or just have an afternoon espresso. a do-not-miss place here in south Baja.

Visited the Bagel Shop yesterday and we were warmly greeted by Patti and Fabrizio,(and Khala) - it has been over a year since we have been there. We had coffees and bagels (yay!) - it was fantastic to have the cream cheese with basil and walnuts to spread on the wonderful chewy sesame bagel. My husband had the bagel with... More

At the bagel shop I had their bagel with smoked marlin. It was really good, but I can't really get over the fact that eating there basically costs as much as going to a restaurant in the traditional sense... for me bagels are the cheap fare that got me through university at a buck a pop!
