Great little local restaurant with all of the classic Mexican dishes. Good food, good service, great location right off the main road if the Ruta del Vino. Leonardo's doesn't have the views or wine country vibe of other valley locations, but it's good local dishes...at a good price.More

The coffee in very average. The food ok. Price reasonable. The service not great. I had great expectations about this place but I was disappointed.

We were here for breakfast and it is delicious. To me the name sounded Italian, but it very local and very good. The eggs, the machaca, the baked goods are great, especially the apple pie. Many locals, which is always a good sign.

Had a really nice time eating here. The portions are huge and they had some really, really good fresh orange juice. The service was good and they have some very convenient parking in the back. Be aware that they are VERY popular and can have...some long waits on weekend mornings. But I thought it was worth the wait and glad we ate there.More

Very inconsistant, order a ribeye one day and it is great, next time it is dry and chewy. Sometimes you get chips and salsa, sometimes you have to ask for it, same with water. The waitresses often times would rather stand in the back corner...and giggle and look at each others cell phones than wait on you. The veggies are bland and little seasoning, if any, is used when they prepare the food. It surprises me that they stay in business, really. I think that they survive on their reputation more than anything else and I'm thinking that I will try the other restaurants in the area for some time to come and hopefully find a place that offers SERVICE and good food. Enough is enough, sorry.More

In all honesty, the food isn't that great, it's decent at its best. But you don't visit Lenardo's for the food, you visit for its AMAZING Apple Pie, it's incredibly delicious, pricey? Yeah, but totally worth it. You can have it warm or cold, I...suggest both, this dessert is like a gift from heaven. It is definitely a must here in Baja.More

We had breakfast at this place. It was very good and the portions are large. Lots of people and the prices are reasonable. The Traditional Apple Pie is the high point of this place.

They have been here for many years, just a few miles from Ensenada on Highway 3, right at the traffic signal in San Antonio De Las Minas. This would be 4 star in the USA, classy, beautiful, great food, nice staff. I generally get the...ribeye, about $13.00 USD, comes with a great lightly spiced gravy, mashed potatoes and veggies. A lot of people consider this a formal restaurant and dress that way. I wear my shorts and a t-shirt, either way is good and it is worth the short trip to get there. There are a couple good, less expensive restaurants on this stretch of road, all are good, a couple are great too. Further east is the brand new Wine Museum the government just finished building. Tell them Don sent you, thanks for looking.More
