Big disappointment! I've heard about these tostadas for so long and had high expectations, so I gave it a try with one ceviche tostada, and oh dear!! how difficult is to mess up a ceviche? ask these guys. Ceviche taste like lemon and chili with something in there, that's about it! Found some other street seafood stands nearby much much... More

This is a must if you go to Ensenada. Try all the ceviches tostadas, you cannot go wrong in any of them. If you feel more daring, try the specials, sea urchin, sea cucumber etc. but for me the cod tostada is the best one. Salsas are also something to buy afterwards.

While La Guerrerense *is* technically a street cart, "street food" is a pejorative term. Sure, this is not a place you sit down. It is a classic street cart, stand to order & stand to eat. But prepare to be amazed! This is Don't Miss world class seafood. Located on Ensenada's First Street, enjoy a stroll past the curio shops... More

Quite simply my tostado was one of the best things I have ever eaten! The seafood was so fresh and the crowd of people eating here attests to their local reputation.

Serina's restaurant has won international awards and was featured on Anthony Bourdain's Baja special. There is a reason this place gets so much fanfare - Incredibly fresh and well prepared seafood tostadas. I've had almost everything on the menu and it is all incredible. Most of the menu consists of tostadas (round crispy tortilla) topped with ample amounts of amazing... More

This place is amazing as long as you're into seafood. Located just 2 blocks up from the flag on the Malecon, this seafood stand serves an amazing variety of ceviches, tostadas and coctales. Anthony Bourdain and many other celebrities have recommended La Guerrenrense, in fact, Bourdain has contracted with the owner to open in his food market in NYC. When... More

We came across 2 seafood carts on our way back to our cruise ship and grabbed a seafood tostada from each one not knowing that the best one was just around the corner, this seafood cart is the most famous and the most delicious cart that sells campenchana in all of Ensenada! it is proven by the pictures of celebrities... This tiny street cart packs a serious Ceviche punch! There is always a line but the crew is a well oiled machine - pumping out tostadas (which cost about $1 USD), seafood cocktails and more made from a variety of super fresh (pretty spicy) ceviche. Two tostadas with some fresh avocado on top fills me up and I always add... More

I will be accused of being a heretic considering the raves this stand has received on television and from the public, but I think La Guerrerense tacos and tostadas are average at best. What makes this place unique is the vast array of available sauces and salsas. It is fun joining the crowd, elbow to elbow, ordering food and then... More
