A restaurant made famous by a Turkish journalist who was serviced there "à la carte", therefore is always busy and the service is under average. Definitely the most expensive in the whole area. Its only quality is that's very good positioned. Still, the meals are not great at all. There isn't any signature dish and the cooks are ignorant. I... More

There are lots of fish restaurants in or around of Marmaris but Sardunya restaurant is the best and the reputation has crossed the borders of Marmaris and Turkey. I found this restaurant in my research before going to Marmaris. You must stop if the road falls Marmaris. It is in Selimiye town which is 40km away from Marmaris town Prices... More

Selimiye is very silent village. Sardunya is the biggest fish restaurant, so circulation is too much, that's why everything is fresh, but place is not slient and always there are boats which blocks the sea view. I felt like I am in one of Istanbul standard fish restaurants..

Having picked a day in early May when the Sun was at its happiest, I ventured into Selimyiye and was recommended Sardunya. This is a lovely restaurant situated right by the sea. Because it was the start of the season, it was almost empty, however this made it even more beautiful for me, as I had a choice of all... More

We ate seafood, both the variety and the taste were great. The staff was very nice and friendly. The mezes were delicious. The fish was perfectly cooked, octopus salad and fried calamari were perfect. They had made a strawberry b- day cake for us and that was freshest cake we have ever had. Definitely will go back!

There were a huge number of bars/retaurants etc to chose from but the one we chose didn't produce cooked food at lunchtime and they recommended this one. We sat on the quayside watching the toing and froing on and off the yachts and were very happy but maybe the view from the first floor is even better. Our waiter was... More

We went here due to multiple recommendations as the best restaurant in the bay. We had to book a day in advance to get a table which is unusual in selimiye so we had high hopes. The setting is lovely. There are tables on a large jetty and terrace all with good views across the bay. However, the service and... More
