The view is beautiful. The service was not bad (although without a booking you will get an unexciting table with limited view, we were about to leave and they quickly amended the situation) We have tried all of the five recommended restaurants on the island...More

Dear Adrijan, Very sorry that I have not written to you before to thank you for your extraordinary hospitality. I had SUCH a great time with my friends, everything was perfect! The place (beautiful…), the food (excellent!), the wines (too good☺) and the people: you,...More

We visit Stermasi every year. Allways very satiesfied with food and service. The owner is very helpful and the selection of food and wine is great. We love this place.

The ambience of a restaurant sometimes matters more than the service, food and all of that together. But if you can have it all in one, like we did in Stermasi restaurant, then you can consider yourself a very lucky person. Their food was out...More

This restaurant thinks it is really smart. It spectacularly fails to deliver. The owner offered to fillet our fish and mashed it up, then said we could eat it with our fingers. The squid wasn't cleaned properly and was undercooked. Watch out for mosquitoes. The...More

We arrived after a stormy sail with 15ft swells and very strong winds. We have never been happier than to see our reserved buoy waiting for us. Stermasi had been recommended to us by Austrians that we met over dinner in Chile one night. We...More

Your rude behavior and inculturation on our property and at the table is shame and misery for all the countries of the former USSR!

What a find ! Our skipper booked our table for 10 in advance and secured a mooring in the bay for us. This is a great restaurant. Proudly family run and low-key in its approach. Beneath the informality lies a really terrific restaurant. The pasta...More

We came one hour earlier than reservation, and they rearranged everything without any complication...one of the best octopus 'peka' we've ever tried, cold apetisers were fabulous (goat chees was fantastic). Here family does everything, and they do it really as it should be done.

We spent a week on Mljet and tried various restaurants - but this one was the best by far and large. The family atmosphere is great with three generations working with passion. Interesting note: the grandma speaks French, Italian, German, Albanian, Croatian and a bit...More
