Meals on the terrace with a secure play area for children.
Delicious, hearty dishes with a special mention for the succulent frog legs. Pleasant service and staff without long waits.

I HAVE KNOWN THIS INN FOR A LONG TIME AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WELCOME, THE CUISINE, EXCELLENT QUALITY/PRICE VALUE. WE CELEBRATE BIRTHDAYS; THE LATEST IN MARCH 2023 AND ALL THE GUESTS HAD GOOD MEMORIES OF IT. ALSO WE HAVE RESERVED FOR THE 29TH OF THIS MONTH (A GROUP OF 15 PEOPLE). LAMENTABLE CERTAIN OPINIONS WHICH FOR ME DO NOT REFLECT REALITY. I RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT AROUND ME.

Menu at 40.50 or 47 euros imposed for Easter.
The first offered without the frogs with parsley.
So we choose the second menu.
A so-called amuse bouche offered, forgotten and therefore requested after our really not great starter, terrine with a bed of wilted salad.
It’s actually a soft tapenade toast.
The frogs arrive on the table in the pan.
The pitiful strawberry dessert.
Keep it simple and don’t try to imitate a fine dining restaurant.

An illegible map and menu, they leave you around ten pieces of loose paper in the middle of the table as a map (I think they have never been used in a restaurant)
People standing in the room in the middle of the restaurant screaming and drinking next to us (very annoying when customers come with family they don't necessarily want to have your friends at their table)
When we offer a catering service there are codes that obviously no one has taught you.
A wait to die for: arrived at 1 p.m., served at 3 p.m. unheard of yet I'm in the business.
Especially for the mediocre quality of the dishes: salads from the canteen, expired rillettes, frozen frog legs.
Very nervous red meat…
A bowl of fries placed in the middle of the table for everyone (we're not in the canteen!!!), a gratin served in the middle of the table for everyone in one and the same dish.
Waitress with no experience, kitchen team to be replaced.
In short, a terrible restaurant, we've never seen it before. A good and long training would not do them any harm.

We were very disappointed by this establishment because the dish (a la carte) chosen (Petite Friture Green Salad Tomato Fries) did not meet our expectations:
- no tomato
- half fries and half fried potatoes
- non-gutted fish therefore very unpleasant taste (when we make the remark we are told that it is not possible to gut them because they are frozen fish).
2 remarks about this answer: firstly it is written BLACK on WHITE on the menus that only the frogs are not fresh products, secondly change the supplier of small frozen fried foods so that the fish are gutted before freezing.

Smiling welcome and attentive service throughout the meal.
Tasty dishes.
Homemade fries, hearty flank steak, very good tomato gazpacho (a bit strong in garlic, but that's what gives the dish flavor).
I will come back to discover other dishes.
