Very good. Native Indian inspired, but more of a fusion style. Lots of local ingredients. Well suited to the whole family. 4-, 5-, and 6-service meals available. Avoid the kids menu though. The kids can have the a-la-carte stuff.

I was told the food was very good... I was pleasantly surprised , it was even better than I expected. 4 people at our table eating different plates, all found to be very good! I recommend this place, a little pricy, but worth the experience.

Based on the various reviews and pictures I saw online, I decided to visit this restaurant located in a very nice, tastefully decorated hotel in Wendake. Its location is great for spending more than just lunch or dinner time, as this village does a great job of promoting the First Nations culture with a modern, sophisticated flare. The hotel lobby... La Traite is the restaurant attached to the Wendake (Huron) village 20 minutes from Old Quebec. They have a shuttle leaving several spots in Old Quebec for an easy to and from ride to the Wendat Village. What a wonderful surprise! The brunch highly recommended exceeded our expectations. A wonderful selection of delicacies offered by chef Martin Gagné, types and... More
